good for transit, recharge and move on,just 5 mins to and from airport by hotel shuttle with no charge,complimentary 2 bottle of drinking water, coffee and tea.nice decoration, clean room with comfortable bed,separated toilet and washing area made me feel good.View management response »

The first time in Novotel Taipei, next to airport 5 mins by taxi/ shuttle bus and cannot walk through is a little bit pity! The room is tidy and large with lovely service, for early fight is great.Take prox. 60 mins by airport bus to taipei city from terminal 1/2, it is not the best location for trip to taipei city. Appreciate of the shuttle bus on time and drivers are nice and helpful. Front Desk is great can remind all the think and very special the energy save the uniform are casual black SS Tee and turned off the air condition and light. Quite surprise to have such amazing service in Taipei!View management response »

"stay with executive room, staff are friendly, but saw a cockroach in room"

Everything was good, until I saw a cockroach in room. But they changed me a room after I raised the problem. Lounge was excellent both in happy hour and breakfast. The champagne during happy hour was awesome. Staff were super attentive and friendly. No sauna only steam room. highly suggest to book a room with the view facing airport, so you can see sunrise in early morning.View management response »
