"Good Quality Hotel in a Regional City"
16th May 2012, eaa1947, gold coast
This hotel is more like a motel and although it carries the Accor label it does not provide all the benefits. Room that we stayed in had a good size king bed but rather a smallish bathroom. It has a good restaurant for dinner and reasonable food at breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic to help.
"Love it, love it, love it."

Always a fantastic place to stay. I love the large rooms and cleanliness. Location may not be downtown but if driving, you cannot fault parking at your door.
"Stay in Albany"

We found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little way from the city centre but as we had a car this was not a problem. Meals could be obtained from the restaurant attached to the hotel. We felt that the bathroom was ion need of redecorating as some of the paint had flaked from the walls.
"Not as good as I'd hoped"
18th April 2012, Eddie264, Perth, Western Australia
Hotel is tired and worn. The whole place needs a big makeover. Our room was not as good as the picture on the internet. The tv although was large, the reception made most channels unwatchable and no Foxtel movie channel. The room lighting was poor and the aircon did not work properly. The fridge in the room was totally enclosed in a cabinet and could be a possible fire risk as you feel the heat come out when you opened the cabinet door. The shower was dark and dingy, needs a new shower head and the tiles needed cleaning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered good value, reasonably priced meals and tasty food.I would not stay here again until the place has been refurbished.

"Reaonable at this price"
17th March 2012, johnnyd48, sydney
We had an upstairs room toward the back of the hotel. It had a balcony on the back (shared across all the rooms with a lattice work divider between them) and a common walkway on the front. My partner liked this as she could go outside to smoke and had a view over the adjoining bowling club, however we didn't enjoy the 7:00am sprint down the walkway by one of the other resident's children. The room was clean and everything worked well, except the exceedingly noisy aircon. Bed was comfortable, toilet and shower looked old but recently painted. Location was well out of town but not an issue if you have a car (which we did). Its about a 5-10 min drive into town and in an easy location being just off a major roundabout.Probably the best thing about the All Seasons is its restaurant - they have very cheap dining options: $10 for a hot buffet breakfast and $30 for a 3 course dinner. Dinner is probably not quite at the good restaurant level but close enough and the restaurant's ambience is quite nice.I would recommend the hotel if you can get it at the Accor price and have a car.
"Our Weekend"
10th March 2012, Perth, Australia
The All Seasons was over all very nice, and we did have a good time - however I was a little disappointed in the condition of the shower area paint work which was patchy and peeling off. This appearance is more in tune with communal ablutions at parks etc.A small but annoying feature was the poor and intermittent television reception on some channels. Switching the power on and off to rectify the problem was not fun.
"Great Value Motel"
7th February 2012, Maitland, Australia
This would be one of the best value motels we stayed at during our SW WA. holiday. The tariff was the best value around Albany . The rooms are reasonalbly sized. Starting to show their age but well maintained. The beds were king size in both rooms. Their restaurant have really great meals, reasonably priced with a good variation and proportion. They had a good wine list at an affordable price (not the usual 3 to 4 times the market price). The buffet breakfast was great.
"Vacatin in Albany"
25th January 2012, Perth, Australia
The hotel is very good, clean and spacious. There are only two issues I would like to report. The first is the number of TV Channels available. Even freeview in Australis has more channels and my daughters missed their favorite programs. The second and far more relevant is the shower water temperature. It was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to keep the water at a certain temperature. The oscilation was absurd and we had to go on and off the shower because it was either too hot or too cold. I have reported the problem on check out, but I'd like to live it registered here. The room was number 7 (family). And it was really said to notice that, after a long day on the beach/parks, we were not able to take a relaxing bath.
"Poor Service"
23rd January 2012, Perth
Bought an expensive internet connection that only works with google. Can't log in to any social network. When I ask some help from the reception, specifically Tom Henderson, he immidiately turned m down and did not want to help. I have to reason with him before I can get help.My stay with All Seasons ruined my holiday....definitely not staying there again and will suggest my friends and relatives not to stay there as well.

"Second Stay"
11th October 2011, Perth, Australia
This is my second stay here and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and the rooms of good quality. The food at the restaurant is also very good in the evenings. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a good value for money and well run hotel in Albany.
"Not up to Accor standards"
20th September 2011, Melbourne, Australia
Cockroach in room. Waited in restaurant to be greeted for breakfast. When no-one came served ourselves to buffet. During entire duration of breakfast no staff sighted. Food quality and especially presentation was poor.
"Reasonable but tired looking"
27th July 2011, Mandurah
Rooms were Ok but looking a little tired and were pokey. Facilities were adequate but even though there was a toaster there was no knife fork spoon or plate to eat off. We used the restaurant which was excellent value for breakfast - all you can eat for $11.95 and had 2 evening meals there also. The meals were very good, large portions and the buffet for veges and salads was great. We booked another night as the 1st night was complimentary with our Advantage Plus membership and whwn i went to pay, there was no record of the extra night, but being honest i advised the girl on reception and paid. They seemed to be understaffed as staff were working on reception and in the restaurant at the same time - which was very busy and not really appropriate.
"Albany Revisited"
25th July 2011, Perth (Weatern Australia)
Have stayed at the 'All Seasons - Albany' at least half a dozen times as the rooms are basic but clean, the food is 'homely' and cheap and the service is friendly, helpful and efficient. Great shower. Free parking very close to your door.Accommodation costs are very good. Watch for 'specials'.
"all seasons albany"
24th July 2011, Perth
The room was average...small tv,...especially since we opted for an upgrade... no movie options...staff who were not well informed of service offered. Long waiting times for food.. and even beverage.....range of food deteriorated over the last few years....also ran out of buffet choices..midway through meal times....some concerns about hygiene...saw people dip fingers in food to test for "hotness" saw people pick up bread from the self service with their hands and then discard it as not being fresh enough..but back into the servery.(this may have something to do with the type of clientelle attracted by budget prices....Achor of little advntage...only 15 % off evening meals...nothing off breakfast or lunch...the scale of discount not made clear prior to paying.
