We had the best experience during our 10-day trip in New Zealand. The hotel was easily accessible, with friendly service. There were plenty of good and healthy options, especially for breakfast, which was exceptional. We stayed with our kids and were very happy with our experience.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay, The staff at breakfast were amazing

The room was too hot to sleep in at night which was disappointing.

Staff and their service was awesome very welcoming, kind, helpful. The room was very nice. I only problem is the food. Breakfast buffet is fine I'd just work on the bacon and sausage could be cooked better. The dinner and snack menu could do with some improvements now the flavours are nice but the portions and the options are lacking. On the menu it said the steak, sheepish sliders and the porker it suggests on the menu the are better to share im telling you now I had the steak with fries and brownie and was still hungry. I'm not a big guy either but the last thing you want after a hard days work is to spend 50 dollars on the hotel menu to still feel hungry after it's disappointing to be honest. If I may suggest you make a small separate menu like a working mans menu. 300g steak, eggs, mushrooms, fries, onion ring, small salad. Double chicken burger, fries ,small salad Double beef and cheese burger, fries, salad Rack of ribs, Coleslaw, corn Cobb, fries. Food is always the talk of any establishment that provides it and your menu is good but only caters to a select few having a small hearty meal menu would complete the experience at Ibis this is just my opinion. Would I stay at the Ibis again no unless the food menu was upgraded. Thank you for your time.

Not enough coffee satchets. Breakfast was expensive.
