I always stay in ibis, very nice hotel. Love the location just walk in distance from metro and near to Al Ghurair mall. Staffs are very friendly and happy and ready to assist. Special thank to Mr Sayed for assistance during my stay. And also staff from security Ali was kind and helpful 👍

Everything here was ok. I had to visit the lounge cafe and I met Yamin and Thakshila beautiful ladies with great hospitality. Mr Pawan cleand my room and Junior helped a lot in guiding and taxi. I would recommend this hotel for future booking thanks

As usual you get what you expect with Ibis with a few variations as its the Middle East. I suspect that the room boys are a bit rushed and Housekeeping not really on their toes... they should have learnt a few lessons from Covid as when I say on the toilet which had nothing wrong with it, I was shocked to see the sate of the underside of the sink rims... very, very dirty...

My few complaints are:- - I was told by house keeping that it is a three star hotel and therefore we are not getting hand towels. - Liquid soap containers were not re-filled during our stay My compliments are: - Staff are very professional in their duties and always ready to help. - Hotel is well located.
