"Ibis Stay"

The location of the Hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was smaller than I expected. For the amount of time I spent there it would have been nice if I had a larger room with WIFI in the rooms ... the lobby was always crowded ... and the Breakfast buffet is not worth the money. My only complaint isthey need to bemore consistant with there cleaning times..When I wanted to sleep late there knocking to clean, if I left early and returned back to the room by 3pm my room would still be dirty....

"Ron at IBIS"

Hotel is fine.Maybe the internet should be free for at least first 2 hours.There was a kettle and small coffee and sugar set, but there is no drinking water to boil; better to have even a bottle of drinking water.

"Bad Restaurant Service"

The restaurant of the hotel is operated in an unprofessional manner, very unfriendly. Will not consider to stay in this hotel anymore. Need serious improvment in restaurant service. Stay on 12 Jan to 14 Jan 13, then 15 Jan to 17 Jan 13, experienced the same bad restaurant service.

I love the concept of IBIS and stay only in IBIS Hotels when I travel for pleasure. I never really use the hotel for entertainment. Its just a place to sleep in really. So it suits me perfectly. Its economical and its clean. Locations are mostly great. The IBIS in Dubai on Rigga is very central. There is a nice Caribou Coffee next door. There are supermarkets and restaurants in its vicinity. Very convenient. Taxi's are available very easily and of course the Metro is close by. All in all - very good.

"Perfect for my needs"

I stayed for three nights en route to Rome and chose the hotel for its location and price. It exceeded my expectations. It meets the IBIS standard with very nice staff, room of a good size, everything spotlessly clean. Located about 5 minutes walk from the metro, it is a few short stops to the Gold Souk and to the airport. Perfect for what I wanted. Free wifi in the lobby, breafast buffet was excellent, with an "early riser " option which I used on the last morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stopover. It's not a 4 star hotel but doesn't claim to be. It's a definite high 3 star and a winner.

Nice hotel, good location for Airport and Metro but not really close to any beach!Rooms cleaned on the Ibis Standard, lots of fast food and restaurant nearby. Quite far fron Jumiera but easy to move around by metro or taxi.

Very accessible to dubai's al rigga metro station. clean and functional. However , it would have been better if they provided complimentary water and toothbrush! Wifi should also be extended to the rooms instead of having to go down the hotel lobby

My first time with my wife at this hotel,i believe this hotel is over rated basic lacking of good quality towels , waste bin /iron and board is missing in room,only few entertainment tv channels and non availibility of Internet in the room show mizer mind of hotel management .

good value as price with service but the insulation between rooms not good , food good, hotel is very good for solo or couples staying near to shopping mall and there are 2 metro station near to hotel
