"Great family hotel near the Mall of the Emirates"

Compared to Novotel WTC, which is more a business hotel, this Novotel is very well located on 2 minutes walking distance from the Mall, which is ideal for the kids, and you don't need a taxi on rush hours. Thanks to the "Suites" formula we could stay with 3 kids at an acceptable price level for a family trip. Great service, friendly staff, room service with good price settings, and European oriented breakfast menu. Only point of attention is Wifi should be available in the entire hotel (now only in the lobby), we are all moving in time, and Wifi should be for granted for hotel guests all over the place included in the hotel rate. For the kids: the Playstation is also working well, and games are up to date.

"Family stay at Suite Novotel"

The good part of this hotel - Clean rooms, good service, nice location (near Mall of the Emirates and metro stations), friendly staff.Areas of improvement - Cramped rooms and toilet space. Bed is small for 2 adults and 1 child. Around the clock menu has limited choice, TV channels limited, Bfast is charged extra, Average value for money.

"Good hotel let down by bedding and wifi"

The hotel staff were excellent, the rooms well appointed except having a duvet in such a hot country. For those like me who cannot leave the air conditioning on all night, it causes me sinus problems, a heavy duvet rather than a sheet is not good. Also the expensive internet connection is not justifiable in these times.

"Internet is nightmare!"

First the positive points: Hotel is nice and clean. Service is good. Located across the Mall of Emirates and Train Station. 2 times a day beach shuttle service. However..- my room was small to be called suite. It is one building shared with two hotels Novotel and Ibis. - bed was un-comfy, hard and caused the pain. - TV reception was bad, TV screen was snowy and scratchy. Remote didn't work because of battery drainage. I called Housekeeping, the guy brought bunch of other used batteries. Can't Novotel afford new batteries? After trying several, remote start working but only if you come close to the unit and stick remote in direction of signal reception point. I couldn't use it from the bed distance.- Internet speed was very bad both in the room and lobby. My room rate included wired connection in the room. It was very slow and intteruptive. Advise: don't pay extra for the internet in the room, the hotel won't deliver.- Breakfast called a "buffet" is overstatement. There is no cheese, no salami and anything alike in the so-called buffet. Instead they offer you the menu with choice of eggs. It doesn't worth 65AED ($18). Tip: there is IHOP in the Mall across the street opens at 8:00 AM.

great location near sheikh zayed road, jumeira beach, atlantis, and within walking distance to the mall of the emirates.free parking in the hotel, 24 hr room service, spacious rooms, healthy breakfast (you could have breakfast in novotel or ibis)

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel with two other friends in two other rooms. We all wished we could stay longer. Lovely and beautiful environment. The customer service os impeccable and they always met our evwry need. great food and service. Would certainly recommend here.

We have stayed here many times, the service is always of a good quality. We love the rooms with the extra space for the family. Great location if you like to shop at with mall of emirates so close. And with metro now easy to get around too, good value.

good location, good sleep and over all clean hotel, nice rooftop pool. very bad gym as most machines dos not work. room could be a bit better and NO FREE WI FI IN ROOMS as only in lobby plus they charge for internet in room :-( .

"Nice Hotel"

Nice Hotel, clean with friendly helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable. Easy walk to Mall of Emirates. Free WiFi was only avaiable in lobby. Taxi's to other places were cheap. Would stay here again!

"Very Good Hotel with excellent Staff"

Very good hotel with excellent staff behind the reception. Special thank to Archie who was very polite, professional and efficient. Location is also very good and near shops and groceries. The only problem was expensive alcohol, like every other hotel in Dubai.

"Close to mall and metro"

Good place to stay with the family. Spacious suites with 2 bathrooms. The pool area was rather small, gym ok and ala carte breakfast really good. The hotel is really close to mall. Complementary beach transportation was provided.

"Great Stay"

We had taken our family for a holiday and had taken five suites. The family of 14 members included my grandchildren aged 8 months to 5 years. The Suite Novotel MOE was the right place for us as it was close to Mall of the Emirates and was convenient for us to go around Dubai.
