"Great Location next to Mall of The Emirates"

Positives: Not a 4 star hotel, but none the less good value for money, in a an excellent location.Excellent value for money on-site restaurant and not the usual breakfast rip-off as is common in too many hotels these days.Negatives: Strange room and bathroom layout. Hard bed.Summary: Given the right pricing I will stay here again
"Pleasant stay"

Good location. Close to metro and a 5 minute walk to Mall of emirates. Clean, attractive hotel. In this price range good value for money. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Maintains excellent standards of Novotel brand. Suggest that if have a lot of luggage, use a taxi from the metro station to the hotel( 7 minute walk is fine if minimal luggage)

very well located, pleasant and clean hotel with pool which is nice with such a warm weather! close to everything.Only bad thing is that there is no wifi in the rooms and you have to gon to the lobbys to get internet

Front desk people are very helpful. The rooms are great for families. Breakfast is just fabulous. The location is across from the Mall of the Emirates. There are always taxis out front.

great location, near mall of emirates & metro station. Breakfast not much choice, if stay more than 2 days will feel bored. Counter and concierge staff are nice but shortage of people, have to wait for the service. and the tour package is more than expensive compare to others as mentioned high quality but not said so...

Stayed at Suite Novotel for 12 nights. Very nice and clean suite, big enough for a family with two children (10 and 8). Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice roof-top swimming pool (not very big though). Excellent base to explore Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Good value for money.

I was travelling with my young kids and was abit sceptical about staying at a budget hotel. However, it did fill in all my requirements. The location is great and the metro station is also very conveniently placed. The room was nice and clean. However, the sofa-bed was a bit dodgy. Everytime i used it, i thought it would collapse (luckily it didnt).The staff gets an A just for smiling all the time. A tad expensive for a budget hotel. Maybe i booked it at a busy period

Our short stay at the Hotel was wonderful. Not only were the staff at the hotel friendly and helpful. They were also flexible in accommodating to the changing dates of our meeting even at the eleventh hour. If I were to ever travel to Dubai on holiday or business trip, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for making the stay pleasant.
"WELL LOCATED BUT CLEANLINESS COULD BE BETTER"

My girlfriend & I spent one week on this hotel during our holidays (in March 2012). Our stay was good and we really appreciate the place where it is located to (near the Mall of Emirates - 10 min walk from the hotel). The staff welcomed us very well and our room was ready...no need to wait until 12' as such in some hotel. about the cleanliness, the 3 points i wanted to raise is the floor in the bathroom which look liked very old.(no towel are provided). Further more, we were given a smoking room that was very awful to bear but fortunately the staff did the necessary to provide us a non smoking room.at least, the breakfast was not so good. (very few choice regarding pastries, bread, coffee was not good and not hot)To have our breakfast, we went opposite at hotel (an orange color restaurant, where we had our breakfast...for only 55 AED per person.Despite these few items, we did enjoy our stay and we appreciated the help of all staff. Very good experience.

I booked this hotel mainly due to its proximately to Mall of the Emirates and Novotel brand. However the 1 night stay does not live up to expectation.Firstly, the female receptiona t the check in counter performed her duty in a robotic manner that makes one feel unwelcomed.Secondly, I requested for twin bed but was told there was no twin bed room in the hotelThirdly, one of the two room card was not working. The card reader in the lift was also not sensitive enough and required repeated slot before the desired floor can be pressed.Fourthly, the room is small with toilet and bath separated. Having both toilet and bath separated causes lots of inconvenience and eat into the space of the room. Moreover, there is no bin in the bathroom.Fifthly, no slippers provided in the room. Have to request for it.As far as I am concern, i booked the hotel for its class and location. However, Ibis lobby which is next door looks better than Suite Novotel. Since the hotel is below expectation, I would have chosen cheaper alternatives which are nearby like the Ibis or the Golden Tulip.

We have offen stay at Suite Novotel Mall Of The Emirates, the hotel is located close to the Mall of Emirates shopping and restaurant.The suite are great and have space for the whole family "4-5 pax".Wenn you stay in Dubai, you need a car, the hotel have free inside parking area, and it is easy by car to drive to the "high light" sights of Dubai.The pool area are small, but is is OK for a quickly swim on at hot day.The breakfast buffet are standard for at Novotel hotel

Lovely hotel, great spot by Mall of Emirates. Wee way away from Dubai Mall and the more central area, but Metro right at the door so no problems really. Free WiFi in reception area. Remember to ask if you want a wine with dinner they do have it they just don't advertise it.Rooms very clean and smart. Very impressed.

Close to Metro station and shopping mall,but it's very dangerous to pass the intersection in which without any traffic light.Breakfast buffet is bad,less choice and poor quality.But i like the room,large and comfortable for 4 persons to stay.The stuff is very friendly and helpful.Free wifi in lobby.I recommend a local restaurant in next door of Hotel,they offer many kind international food, one beef roll only 1.1USD.one roasted chicken with some chips only 6.6 USD.

The suite room is very good for family travelling. Hotel staff are very helpful with warm hospitality. Rooms are well euqipped. However, If slippers can be supplied in the room, it will be perfect. And there could be more TV channels and wifi in the room.

For a cheap alternative to the more expensive hotels at or near the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, Novotel is really good value for money, with friendly and helpful staff. But, don't stay there if you want high quality room-service food or wireless internet in your room.

Good clean hotel. Good service.Location is across a busy road to the mall of the emirates, the Pullman hotel would have been a better location as you don't have to cross any roads with a pram. No face washers and no towell was supplied for the baby, queasily fixed with a call to reception. No gluten free catering. All said though I would stay here again if it was the best deal I could find.

I myself with wife were on 4 days tour to Dubai and we stayed at this hotel by booking thru Internet. Excellent service, exceptionally courteous and ever helping staff. Superb cleanliness and modern amenities. Nice location and really value for money

"Good location, but high price"

Location is decent and is walking distance from the Emirates mall. Staff was helpful. For us, these positives outweighed the negatives.The hotel is is expensive for what it offers. I wish they didn't force guests to pay for breakfast for entire duration - it was all or none when booked online. The hotel seemed short-staffed at times.
