Although i only stayed the night, the hotel staff/manager ensured that my stay was pleasant. Upon checking in the sofa bed was a bit dirty and i was moved to a different room immedietley. The staff provided us with a complimentary fruit bowl and breakfast (suhoor) which we didnt have on our booking. Granted this was in ramadan and the selection of food wasnt vast but it was a great gesture nonetheless. a 10min walk gets you into Mall of the Emirates so a great location with lots nearby.

Very accesible, to the mall with gym & pool for quick leisure. Haven't tried tye pool, will definitely try it next time. Jefferson especially the front desk officer who assisted us during checkin is approachable. Recommended for a quick get away!

Excellent service! Crib was also available for my baby. Perfect for family staycation. Wifi is fast if you need to work remotely. Jefferson and staff are accommodating and super nice. Near to the malls and restos. Will recommend and come back again! 5/5💯

Mix feelings about it , most of staff are helpful , location is great and price is worthed . I got exellent service from Manager Mina and house keeping counselor Osman who was very kind and polite , at the opposite a got a bad experience from Supervisor Koll who couldn't do what had promise to go assist me with getting a pass for my room to replace my defective one and he disappeared while a was with 2 toddler and also reception agent Nichad had a verily moderate customer service. In General it was ok !
