Had a visit in the first of March, the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and the stuff is friendly. All related services are also good. It's near the mall of Emirates just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are good size . they just forgot to add my All.com points :)

Good Evening, Hope this email finds you well, I am sending this email to thank all the staff of Novotel Suites Al Barsha i have been a customer there since ramadan untill tonight, i am thanking them for everything starting from outstanding service, smile, helping out and never been out of control during the flood happened in the flood day until last moment. Special thanks to Mr. Ali, Mr. Mina, Mr. Ajay, Ms. Najlaa, Mr. Hatem, house keeping staff, the Pullman Mr. ALI, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Khaled, Ms. Rena the security. And Mr. Gaith the GM and ( Laura and jue.) In my personal experience novotel suites staff are the best all over dubai, even better than pullman deira city center. Thanks alot Accor for having those amazing staff. Waiting novotel to open back again please let us know then. Best Regards, Houssam Salem

Overall we had a good experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family & friends for a vacation to Dubai . The swimming pool is a little small for the size of the hotel and on several occasions we had to skip dinner as there was not a good food option for the children and we ended up eating in the mall of the emirates most evenings even though we had half board included in our stay !
