Hotel does not guarantee rooms, if you have a late arrival you might get a smoking room. I am a Silver Frequent Guest and it does not mean anything to the the hotel chain. No upgrades, for better room you must pay difference. Their loyalty program is horrible. This is a good hotel if you arrive late or if you have an early departure from POA International Airport.

It is a good option if you need overnight stay next to the airport. The hotel is brand new building but service inferior of what one would expect from the average Novotel's chain.

Novotel Porto Alegre Airport: 5.0 out of 5 stars "New, Clean, Accomidating"

This hotel was new when we stayed in April '12. It is very clean, well furnished. The rooms are on the small side, but only a problem with a baby crib in the room. The staff was very accomidating. Free shuttle to the airport. Right across teh street from the airport. Breakfast was great. No bathtubs, just showers. We will definately stay there again when in the area.

The Hotel was new clean and tidy. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, modern, a little basic.Restuarent food good. Some of the gym equpment was brocken. A major problem, no drinking water in gym.
