"Great Location!!!"

Great location and value. I had a one bedroom apartment and there is quite a bit of room. Everything works and in good condition. Only one complaint is the air-cond was not operating and I was told it is French rule not to turn on until 1st May. I am not sure this is true but there were a couple of hot nights while I was staying with them.Also, the Wifi did not work on one night for about 14 hours!! When I complaint the receptionist told me the technician will come in at 10am that day!! But I asked, didn't you know the problem was there last night? She explained the problem was with the ISP not the hotel internal.

This is a self contained apartment in the heart of Bordeaux. The 'self contained' need clarification. The kitchen is really small with limited room to do anything. I would call it a small kitchenette which is basically a sink and hot plate. We stayed a week and it was perfect for what we wanted. A slight hicup at check in when the apartment they put us into was not properly cleaned. They gave us another apartment. Rooms are neat and functional. Staff were good except for one who would not book an extra night (we extended our stay one night) at the same price as we booked the previous six nights on the Accor Advantage web site. Parking is available.

They charged me I paid cash, then they charged my credit card, then I tried to cancel my inward bound reservation and couldnt they said they would call me to refund my card they didnt and they charged me again for the room I cancelled, I AM FURIOUS and cant speak to anyone there

Small and compact, but had everything I needed. Travelling alone, I was keen to cook a few nights and this was the perfect venue for that with the Mériadeck complex (including huge supermarket) literally around the corner. It's not serviced unless you stay longer than a week, but if you're a tidy person it won't matter. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Lovely hotel, clean, modern, contemporary design, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and very close proximity to all the essentials in Bordeaux - would definitely book again and recommend to other travelers.
