"Excellent Suite"

I was lucky enough to be upgraded as the hotel had been invaded by football fans on their way to Munich for the European Cup.I was given an excellent suite, with spacious bathroom, kitchenette and living room. The only quibble was the lack of proper curtains, although the rooms did have electric blinds.Service was exemplary, very pleasant receptionists and bar staff.Location gets a 3 out of 5 because although it is easy to reach and well signposted, it is not in the most attractive locales. However for a stopover or for using as a base it is ideal.

This hotel really fit to my business trip purpose, since it is well located in Regensburg, with very nice breakfast, very good facility in rooms and friendly atmosphere.

good location easy to find from the highway,very helpful staff reccomending bus connection to the city, fast and easy Bus connection ( bus-stop 100 m from the hotel) to the city-centre, fast wifi internet, very good breakfast

A good hotel with sauna/steam room facility. Could not get through to the restaurant on the phone to get room service, so phoned reception. They took my order. Lots of free parking and use of bike if you wish.

Mercure Regensburg is a hotel good to stay overnight. The access to the hotel is well marked, but is better to use a GPS, with the coordinates of the hotel from their site. The hotel has two parking lots and an underground garage. A bier at the bar is a good decision after arriving. The rooms, staff and breakfast quality is making me to suggest to others to use Mercure Hotel Regensburg stopover on the way to or from Austria.

great service, easy to park, easy to find, close to highway. very good rates, very good accomodation, ease to amend booking. great breakfast, wonderfull spa, hammam and sauna. 10 minutes from old downtown is not an issue, if you have a bike, easy to get there

I booked the hotel with the question if there was enough place for my 9 meter long trailer.No reply and on arrival at 16.00 hrs. I found out there was no place ! With the help of one of the staff I was allowed to park on the sidewalk, whereby I damaged the underside of my car.This hotel has no airco and the room was very warm and it was difficult to sleep. Opening of the window was no option because of the noise caused by the closeby highway.Good dinner, but expensive breakfast.

Very nice hotel with big rooms. You have access to internet for free if you use the 2 computers from the reception. Close to city center, about 10 minutes by car. If you get there by car, you can park for free at the hotel.

good for a relaxed evening after a hectic day. breakfast is adequate and rooms are spacious with facilities. Staff is excellent, the receptionist was helpful for details on travelling within the town and all requests were fulfilled.

Thanks for the service, I recommend this hotel for everyone. Easy access from motorway but the place is very silent. Our room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable.And the most important thing: the morning coffee was very-very good in the restaurant :-)

Altrough I own the A-club card, check in was not well prepared.Room was excellent to facilitate the stay with kids (separate sleeping room, flatscreen, easy access to the bathroom).Location is close to the highway. Access to the city centre is only 5 min by car.

Just off the autobahn, so good for those passing through, but on an anonymous trading estate. Room was spacious but rather spartanly furnished. We arrived late on a Sunday evening, and found the restaurant wasn't open at weekends.

The hotel looks very good, clean, hotel staff was friendly. Parking in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and usefully furnished, only the beds were too soft. Breakfast very good. The hotel is situated a little bit outside the center of Regensburg. However, a minute walk from it there are the city bus stops. All in all, we were satisfied.
