Just had sparkling afternoon tea. It was delicious with lovely fresh sandwiches, a variety of cakes and scones with clotted cream and jam, Nikki our waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. It was a wonderful mother & daughter experience. Would highly recommend.

Had sparkling afternoon tea and it was amazing. The sandwiches and fillings were fresh and very tasty. We had a great aarselection of cakes and not forgetting the amazing and lush scone with jam and clotted cream. The lady Nikki who served us at Norton Grange rochdale went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home and was a great host. She couldn't do enough for us. Definitely would highly recommend 👌

Zoe Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Hotel was ok but was definitely left underwhelmed. I requested rooms next to each other, however we did not receive this (even though the car park was practically empty, we were told it was not possible). Room states bathrobes on the website, there wasn’t any so went to reception to request and the receptionist was very unhelpful. I had to show ‘evidence’ to her and eventually after much to and froing after at first she refused and gave us some dirty ones, with fake tan all over. Finally she went and got 2 from housekeeping, however there were 3 guests. She proceeded to roll her eyes at us and then went to get another. I asked what time the pool closed, she said 9pm she thinks. It was 7pm! We got there at 6pm and were then asked to get out at 6.45pm! Overall pool area cushions etc were very tired looking as were lots of areas of the hotel. Definitely not a 4* this is a 3 at best. Positive note was the tuna sandwiches and mushrooms we ordered on room service. These were very nice and definitely recommend.

A very comfortable room, the staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is a highlight :-) Ample Car Parking as well on site.
