"Poor Air conditioning"

Hotel is ok for the price, however the air conditioning doesnt work and the rooms get very hot. When you turn on the aircon it comes on for 2 minutes, turns off for 30 mins and repeats this cycle indefinitely. I stayed in two different room during this trip and it was the exact same. Aircon definitely needs to be improved!!!
"Perfect stay for Wroclaw stadium events"

Stayed at the hotel for two nights during the EURO 2012. It is a perfect option for those visiting an event at the Wroclaw stadium. The hotel is fairly new and being part of an international chain good standard is pretty much guaranteed. No more has to be said. The hotel is about 200 meters from the stadium so after spending the whole day down town we stopped at the hotel to refresh on a hot day and then went to see the match. Down town is some 15 minutes away by a direct tram or bus and we didn’t have any trouble getting back to the hotel even at 2 am. The prices were at their peak due to the event taking place so I can't say it was such great value for the money but when making the reservation I saw much better fares for this hotel in the reservation system. On the other hand on the night of the match there were four security guys watching around the hotel making sure only hotel guests get in.

"Clean, Quiet, Comfy Basics with internet"

Usually stay at Novotel or Mercure, so this first stay at an Etap was an eye opener. Room quite small, but clean, comfy mattress, quiet, great high power hot water for morning shower (better bring your own shampoo or 10 zlotys to buy some from the receptionist who reminded my colleague that this is a 1 star hotel :-)). No complaints about the cleanliness, safety and quiet at this low cost location just minutes from the old city.
"Nice hotel"

Hotel is pretty nice and new , rooms are equipped with double beds (not as usual 3 sleeping places) We ordered it in advance , but it's not participating in the advanced booking program with the discount as others in Europe.
