Stayed here few times and had been refurbished. The only downside was the light switches controls were over the bedhead so I f you lent back it was either darkness or Blackpool illuminations. Other than those very good

Had booked breakfast but kitchens were closed for rebuild. I was called before I had arrived which was very helpful. Would recommend and use again if i was in the area

Kitchen Out of Order and only today on arrival

Hotel is basic and does the job. However booked for breakfast too then told on arrival kitchen refurbishment still not finished so breakfast will be refunded. Would of prefer to know in advance so I could book a different hotel with breakfast as was at a party the night before so not driving in the morning. Disappointed I didn't get a call giving me this option. You had my emaila and mobile number.

The reception staff were always polite with the added warmth and smile that made us feel immediately welcome every time we approached the desk. The twin-bedded room was small but afforded enough room for our short stay. There was an adequate open space hanging rail with hangers for clothes. A writing desk with a chair and a TV completed the room's facilities. In addition, there were adequate electrical sockets and phone charging facilities. The shower was a good size with plenty of hot water on tap, the flow rate was on the slow side for us but did the job. Within the same room as the shower was a toilet and wash basin. All areas were very clean and well-presented. Taking into consideration all the above, IBIS Budget Hotel made this our perfect place to stay for our long weekend visiting family in Leicester.
