Unhappy on arrival, the place, entry, corridors, lifts, rooms all had an unclean feel and look about it. We got to our room, booked a different accommodation place and then cancelled our room with you. We did not receive a refund for that night, despite only being there for 5min. We did not use any facilities of the premises, we sat in the room for 5min and made other arrangements. That cost us $250
