rooms cleaned badly and not in time. it was noisy in the nights - no isolation of windows. no desserts for breakfast.

"Basic but cheap"

Basic hotel but if you book on line it's very cheap. Ideal location for my work in Budapest and close to decent bus and tram routes. Staff are courteous and remember me from previous stays. Food tends to be pre-prepared but is available 24 hours which is useful.

I will come back, This is big bargain excellent hotel with good service, free internet at room and business desk made me happy. isn't it essential for new generation like me, other hotels should learn. almost everybody need internet now a days, and more in the future. front desk was so pleasant and want to help us by any means, they spoke english fluently, thank you guys!

It is a medium-size hotel located near the Heroes square in Budapest with friendly staff and very nice rooms. The rates are affordable and it gives the best quality for that amount of money. The only unpleasant thing is the expensive parking outside the hotel where one-night stay is going to cost you 14 euro.

Nice hotel. Have stayed here several times and will again. Positives: location (convenience to transportation), nice rooms. Negatives: a bit off the tourist path if you want to be in the tourist hub, expensive parking (at 14euro a day close to a third the cost of a room).

"Ibis Budapest Heroes Square"

Nice hotel, beautiful location. Poor facilities (very small bathroom, poor lighting system in the room), very poor restaurant (just 3 types of pizza and 2 pasta). Yet, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Gof for a stop-by, not recommended for a longer stay.

"worth for its value"

Very helpful staff, good services, excellent location, good public transport connections. For the same reason - heavy circulation around - tend to be a bit noisy as well. But for the lower price one should be ready to make compromises.

The biggest disadvantage: not soundproof windows - quite noisy rooms because of heavy traffic, also in the early morning. Lack of restaurant - practically only a kind of fast food avaiable (pasta, pizza). I suppose that not freshen cocked. Good location of the hotel. Not expensive, except parking.

Transportation : very convenient with metro, tram, bus from Keleti station and from Nyugatti station. Good location close to Heros square. Very clean. Free wifi internet access. Staff are kind and very professional. Price : reasonable.

Hotel in very good location - metro connection near the hotel. The room looks nice and comfortable. The only unpleasent matter was relatively noisy heating. On the other side I appreciate the possility of the early breakfest what can be useful on business.
