I did make the booking direct on website and as Le Club member, during my booking there is offer for member that rooms is included breakfast for 2 nights stay. On 1st day, when we went for breakfast, the hotel told me that breakfast is only for 1 pax and another 1 pax need to pay for CNY 105.00. I argue with them and seem that there are not agree on that and end up I need to pay for another person. Next day, during my checkout I did show my booking voucher to them and after check there are agreed with breakfast for 2 person. Just because of this breakfast, is really make my trip not enjoy.

There is always card key electronic problem over night that making traveller cannot open the door even we have already arranged re-activation of the card in the reception. Traveller has to visit the reception more than once before we can open the door with the card key. It is very embarrassing when we are in a hurry and we need going back and forth the floor we stay and the reception multiple times.

A nice hotel with good location, you could easily reach MRT station then go anywhere in Shenzhen. The hotel is little bit Old but the room is spacious. I booked the executive room and was upgraded to Suite room. It is good to have a fax/coping machine in the sitting room for business traveller. Again, the food and the drinks in executive lounge is not as good as the Sofitel's under same Accor group, only soft drink and beer are available, no red wine nor alcohol during the happy hours. This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel, last few times, the check in and check out are very slow, this time, a good improvement, quite fast.

Again, many staff could keep their service standard though not all. The food in executive lounge has been improved. Still old problems, check in and check out not fast enough, may be too many customers?? Suggest to separate the queue from AccorAdv Gold / Platimun members to normal customers.

Nice location, near from Window of the World. Many restaurants and KFC near from hotel. Spacious and clean bedroom. Clean bathroom, bedsheets and towels. Tastefully breakfast. Hotel need renovation. I will comeback on my next trip

This hotel is located just in front of Zhuzilin MTR B2 Exit. So it's pretty easy to go anywhere around Shenzhen using the MTR. It's located just 3 stations from Windows of The World station (and Happy Valley as well). Nothing special surrounding this hotel. Only a supermarket and several food stalls behind the building. I booked a deluxe room with 2 Queen Beds which is quite big enough for my family (3 adults & 3 young children). The swimming pool is not big and no child pool. And there is a charge for using the business center. The Free WiFi is available in the room and also at the lobby. Overall nothing special in this hotel only the big deluxe room with 2 queen beds.

Hardware still in good condition. Excellent service. Special thanks goes to Mr. Yuen (front desk manager?), who provided excellent advice and services. Very close to subway station, a few stations to some malls and shopping areas.
