disappointed at the waiting time to get our room. Then after 3.30pm in the afternoon we received the most disgusting smokers room that you couldn't breathe in, even though there is no smoking signs everywhere. .finally changed rooms which was better. - i would believe the design made for the rest room inside the rooms need to be re-designed , you cannot feel comfortable utilizing the bath room - No Tissue papers inside the room- No slipper is available- No shampoo is available - The size of TV is designed for kids !!! not for business visitors - No enough Channel's for entertainmentwith little changes you can turn this place to a better enjoyable one , this is need the management attentionView management response »

Highly recommended and convenient and clean and friendly staff , easy access. Stayed there for the NY in dubai . Close to the mall . somewhat close to metro. you can eat in the hotel if needed . Small bathroom but very clean and will do the jobView management response »

The hotel is not encouraging to stay at it again but somethings have to be done to make it so. First the staff is not passionate about their job, there way of dealing with the costumers is not good they always gloomy and very slow, every time I found many people waiting check in, the key are not working and they keep asking for money even if you have more than enough in your room credit, which means that they are not checking the account. They take almost 30-40 min to respond to your request and sometimes the reception phone is not answered.The hotel is located behind the Metro bridge and difficult to arrive at due to the traffic barriers, and that needs the Hotel to use bigger signs. we have not not introduced to the breakfast or advised at all. There are good things as well as the sleeping quality and the quietness of the room, the hotel has 6 elevators and operated properly the parking is free and the Internet is available by WIFI and Ethernet free of charge.View management response »
