"Excellent stay"

Just book it you will not be disappointed. The location is excellent for the SkyTrain and the local night spots. Buffet lunch very good value for money rooms very clean and bedding changed daily. Always worth the visit.

"Best hotel to stay in pattaya"

I liked & enjoyed the hotel facilities very much. Every thing I needed was just at 2 min walking distance. Mr. O at Travel desk also helped us very much. Alcazar, Tiffany , Big C , Money exchanger, Bowling allay , 7 Eleven all at the walking distance. Even the Indian Restaurant with good quality food at the main road.

"recommendable but too many noisy chinese"

PRO'srooms clean, check in very friendly, breakfast good for that category, pool good, recommendable CON'sno chair and no table in room, cannot use PC only on bed for working. Floor carpet outside needs to be exchanged. In my two nights ethnic chinese occupancy must have been 99% resulting in an enormous noise level...

"Very modern facilities and cleanliness room"

bit of unsatified with size of room. other than that it is very convenient hotel... swimming pool and areas of lobby is very nice. Had not experience restaurant facilites, but seems morden archeitected. location of hotel at second road, nearby "Big C" is very convenient for shopping. last to say that hotel staff are well traing and has very freindly attitude!!!

"Best value for money in Pattaya. Pet-friendly too!"

Definitely best value for money hotel in Pattaya. Rooms are small, but very very clean.Eventhough it's not on the beach road, it's only a few minutes walk away.Considering it's a budget hotel, service level and staff's friendliness puts some of the higher-stared hotels to shame.Best part is the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly (so I was able to bring my dog).The huge park at the back of the hotel was also perfect place to walk your dog.

Value for moneyI am not sure for the policy of inactive for key card at 11.00 amAs far as I know check out time is 12 and key card should not set inactive so I have to go down the reception to reset it.

"Room Service Needed"

The Hotel could be a budget concept, yet room service should be provided for those who need it at a little higher price.Entire crew in the Reception, Restaurant and the Room Maids are amazing with great service and involvement.Keep up the good work, but pls think abt room service (Food, etc)

"Guest Friendly Hotel"

It is a very good hotel which has a special feature of Guest friendliness. They do not charge you anything for the guest charges. Must Stay. The only disadvantage is that it is a self service hotel.

"Good compromise"

If offers the reputation from an international chain at an affordable price, especially during high season. The room is small but in a resort, you don't spend all your time in your room. The room is clean and the safe wide enough to include a laptpop; the wifi is good. Reception and restaurant staff are professional and helpful. the only annoyance is the loud behavior of some guests who have not been educated to respect others and stay discrete, either in public areas or corridors. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach, although I did not like to stay in these packed areas under umbrellas... The swimming pool is ok: too bad I did not find a shower near the pool, which indicates people do not shower before swimming.

I love everything of Pullman Aisawan except location of my room is in front of elevator and I can't slept well because of sound of elevator woke me up all night .
