"not suitable for leisure"

No valet parking offered when first enter the hall. Terrible customer service experienced at the checking desk, the staff servicing customer without smile and extremely slow. The room is tiny with little balcony seats for one person. People smoking around the pool area. Too many guests making noises in the hallway to weak you up in the morning, you don't have to worry about to set up the alarm.

"Great stay"

Contrary to what I expected from the latest reviews, our stay was just wonderful. Nice, clean room, far better than the European Ibis counterparts. Good food and drinks at the pool. Every problem/request was quickly catered for, from help with our TV to printing needs. The hotel does attract a large number of party people though so expect some noise. Would recommend.

"Bad experience"

No Welcome from the staff, no one to help with the luggage, very slow check in service, unclean bathroom and sheet had some blood stains which required 30 mins to be replaced after calling the front desk.At night, someone in the next room was actually throwing a ball on the wall because he was bored or something!!I would not stay at this specific hotel again.

"Good location but bit noisy"

Good location,near beach,but noisy area. Rooms quite small as any other Ibis hotel. Booked under a special rate but normal price is over exaggerated for its quality/ value. Anyway Patong beach is over priced and looks like a shanty town more and more. For those who are just looking for a overcrowded place that s the right place to be. Looks like a no quality bazaar.

"great location, no fuss hotel"

if you are looking for a crisp, no fuss and non luxurious hotel not far from the beach and all the action in Patong, Phuket, this is a neat option. My only grouch would be that the rooms are a bit too small, but service is non-obtrusive and neat. Staff is curt but friendly.

"Budget hotel"

Hotel staff do not speak English very well found it difficult to understand them. The room was average the bed was comfortable the linien was ok. Bath room could do with a proper clean. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was crap. The pool was clean an comfortable to relax. The location is ok walking distance to beach and everything. Staff not very friendly or helpful most the time the front desk staff to busy gossiping in Thai . Oh and the tour desk keep away from the lady there is is very aggressive if you interrupt here when she is send personal txt messages. I have stayed at many ibis hotels before and this one needs to improve before I would stay there again.

"Not bad.. but reasonable.."

It's close enough to walk to JungCilone.. Very reasonable price.. with some price promotion.. But if I didn't get price promotion, I might say that the hotel was not that good enough for the standard rate. Because there're lots of hotel or resort in Patong with good points.
