Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Nice Rooms for Reasonable Prices"

21st March 2012, Istanbul, Turkey

The hotel has nice, spacy rooms, most of your basic needs provided. The location is good. Breakfast could be better but still more than adequate. The prices are very resonable. Overall, a very nice stay.

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 2.0 out of 5 stars "not in the right part of town"

13th September 2011, London, United Kingdom

arrived to the hotel at 8.30 pm only to see what looked like around 200 yobs drinking beer on the streets and using drugs. i asked to use the car park but this was full, so had to use a garage around the corner. on the way but to the hotel i had to walk pass all these people. the hotel bar was closed so i had to go back out again to eat. stay away

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Nice hotel, but..."

13th June 2011, Ipswich

The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the car park has a grand total of 4, yes 4 parking spaces. During the night someone decided to change the furniture, or so it sounded. No parking on the street as well, unless you take a chest of coins.

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good"

26th March 2011, Korky27, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Advantages:Location is good. easy to find.Close to city center.Ffriendly staff Clean.Disadvantages:Noisy at night little bit, better take higher floors. No free parking :( 20 euro/day The hotel is in a kind of a center where some of drunk people sit under your window and shout at night. Better to take from second floor and up.

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 4.0 out of 5 stars "great value hotel"

25th March 2011, Inverness

A Very good hotel, everything from check in to check out was handled in a proffesional manner, the staff in all departments were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is in a good postion next to ther main railway station.

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Crystal Palace Torino"

9th December 2010, barfgm, Paris

I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time I am impressed with the quality of service I receive. The hotel staff are excellent, very attentive and always do their best to make sure that all are needs are catered for. The rooms are all good sizes and are nicely furnished. The location is very central and in walking distance from all the main attractions. The only negative point is that due to the close proximity of the main railway station when you leave the hotel you do encounter some more unusual "Trades-women" But in general the area does feel very safe.

Mercure Torino Crystal Palace: 4.0 out of 5 stars "As advertised"

19th November 2010, Durham

Good location adjacent to Porta Nuova station and the airport shutlle bus stop. Rooms, service etc. perfectly adequate and typical of most business hotels. My single room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet though a bit small. WiFi available but not free. Good, affordable restaurants nearby. Breakfast very ordinary so went to a nearby cafe the second morning which was much nicer and cheaper. I would happily stay there again if visiting Turin.
