The quality that is exactly wht you expect when paying that price for a hotel in a city you've never been to and you can only rely on a brand. In thi case the trust was justified with experience.Everything was as one could expect from an international hotel chain.

Ideal location for my business near Kingdom Tower.Clean recent building.But rooms were pricy for the modest size (I gat a special deal but still just over 200€).Service was indifferent, no major complaints, but they didn't really seem to care ...Food is good but again too pricey for what it is.I'd only recommend if you really must be in that location.

Good value for Riyadh but plan to eat at the hotel restaurants as only coffe shops near by but, close enough to walk to Kingdom Tower and the shopping mall.

Very good business hotel.. I recommend to every businessman.. Rooms are quite big and clean.. Breakfast is good variety.. Fast check-in and check-oout.. Good location, just walking distance to biggest shppoing mall of Riyadh..

hello,first of all i'm too sad from the services you offered ..the room is too small bad furniture .inroom dining was ahorrible experince starting from the rudness of the waitress and the bad quality of the food which is actually recoocked and was too bad ,bathroom had no hot water and no shampoo ,i ordered adinner with ceaser salad first time i see ceaser salad with eggs and no ceaser sauce and when i call room service he rudly said we have no sauce,anyhow i got bad impression from novotel groups and have no plan to visit anymore or recommend it to anybody .

This s a good business hotel. Well functioning WLAN, gym and close walking distance to shopping like Kingdom Tower or the shops at Olaya Street (good restaurants there too)
