Really happy to stay in this hotel. We booked 3 rooms and we got those rooms in the same floor. It is close to the city, you can walk to near mall and find some restaurants. It is easy to find public transport too. The breakfast is more than expected. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

I love this hotel, the price is not really expensive compared with other accor hotels. The hotel is quite strategic and comfortable with good facilities.There are lots of food that is available along Gajah Mada street in front of ibis hotel. You should try bakso Alex. Almost every hour its always crowded.

"Beverage Charges"

The IBIS Solo is a great hotel but if one returns home late and wants to purchase a beer or cocktail the price is absolutely ridiculous. $6 for a small beer when they are only $1.30 elsewhere is a bit rich, I stayed at the Ibis for 7 days and did not see anyone at the bar day or night, if , however they made the beer at least affordable they would warrant having a bar to say the least. Even room service was the same price for all beverages.The hotel itself is well run and friendly but to have 5star prices is quite beyond me

We booked 2 rooms for one night, and were given connecting rooms on the 11th floor which is the highest floor. Check in and check out were very efficient and fast. Front office guys were friendly and helpful. Location is good, taxi and becak is just in front of the hotel.Rooms are small size but clean and neat.

Super Clean and nice Hotel. For the price this hotel is excellent. Hope they will maintain their price and service level. Location is okay, and just next to Novotel. It takes about 8 mins on beca to the Solo Grand Mall.

"the bad service of Ibis Solo"

I was dissapointed by the service of Ibis Solo hotel. On 24 Sept, 2011, I booked a room using A-club. On the day I arrived at the hotel, I found out that the room I booked was not ready yet. I have to wait until 4 pm. My other complaint is the telephone connection from the room to the operator was so bad. I could hardly called the operator at that time. I hope Ibis Solo can upgrade their service, so that the customers can enjoy their time staying there.

"value for money"

perfect location. small rooms though, which are in need for some refurbishment. Clean. Breakfast OK. Perfect value for money. For those who want to stay in the city center, definately worth the stay. Pool and some other facilities shared with neighboring Novotel. Clever!

the room is good but should be larger. the rest is okay. but price comparing to the facility is quite high. because we can find actually very similar hotel but with good price.Lobby is too small.View from room is nice.Swiming poll is good and the water is very clean.

I always almost stay in this hotel when I was in Solo and I loved that moment. The staffs were very helpful and I felt like at home.But this time, I found a plastic bottle cap on floor and the TV remote under the table.... what a strange house keeping ???
