"Our Trip in All Seasons Pattaya"
7th May 2012, Rosafelly, Jakarta, Indonesia
We have stayed two night in All Seasons Pattaya. We choosed it and booked it because tempted by cheap prices and we think it have standard 3 stars hotels like others Accor's 3 stars hotels (We are the member of Accorr ) , but when we got there , we a litle bit shocked because there was so many peolle with particular nationality (Indian) . It's not a matter of nationality but we got room in 18th Floor (it's the highest floor) . When we headed to the lobby or when we reached the swimming pool , the elevator became stuck because nearly every the floor stops. The cleanliness and hygiene problems are less also , cause the carpet is smelly and the air conditiner in our bedroom was not cool . The bed is not comfortable also.
"Pattaya Trip"

Worst staff behavior, non-courteous, we reached the hotel 1 hour before check-in time and were asked to wait for 2 hours to check in saying that the room is getting ready and when we checked into the room, towels were not available and had to wait for another 30 mins to get it. The staff is so rude that you feel like slapping them on the face and reception never picks up the call and you have to go all the way to the reception for any request and also to make them understand. we even tried to speak to the manager of the hotel to give the feedback and the front desk never connected the phone to the manager and instead we were asked to come and speak to the front desk person about the issues.Even though this place is value for money for the location and the facilities it is supposed to offer, I don't recommend this place to any one.

"Something I forgot to write the manager about"
4th April 2012, Manila
Rate is cheap and room is quite big but quality is mediocre, to say the least. The floor mat has stains; I killed a roach as it casually walked out of the CRT TV; I found a strand of long black hair hanging on the edge of the toilet seat when I first used it (I'm almost a skinhead); the closet has a woody, stale, odour; the paint inside the closet is coming off; the colorful seat cushions are stained; the curtain is lined with a flimsy plastic sheet that is almost coming off. The hotel is very popular among Indians so expect a lot of them during breakfast, eating and chatting at the same time, and prefers to stand rather than sit down and have a quiet meal. Fortunately, the staff are generally very nice and accommodating. That's the only plus. If you are not very particular about the cleanliness of the place and just would like to have a place where you can dump your bags before you go on a junket, then this hotel is worth the cheap rate.
"Disappointed"

Aware that the hotel is not new. But cockroach is not an excuse.Partition between rooms are not noise absorbent. You can hear even normal talk of your next door. Not suitable for any person who does not sleep well.

Its a good hotel, service good and friendly staff, but rooms needs a little fumigation as we found roaches in the night. The spa was great and the food excellent, you get Indian food as well. The pool side was excellent.
"good for indians"

"Good choice"
2nd February 2012, Hong Kong, China
Very good location, nice hotel and clean rooms. Check in service could be improved, but other hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a huge selection, although it can be difficult to find a clean table during the busy hour (staff were not quick to clean tables).
"Good choice except cockroach things..."
31st January 2012, Seoul, South Korea
I had very good stay except cockroach in my room and lobby desk... I saw one cockroach in wardorbe and lobby desk... It can be minor thing but I hate cockroach and only one or two cockoaches mean that hotel can be a habitat for cockroaches and it might be a very trouble for hotel even though it has many great positive things... Honestly I've got so much good service from kind staff and room was great but cockroach was too bad and I don't want to recommend this hotel to my friends only because of cockroach thing...
"improved cleanliness of the bed"
28th January 2012, Denpasar, Indonesia
in bed (blankets) are common blood-sucking ticks.so we are less comfortable for the rest, please cleanliness of room for improvement especially in who we are living in 1515.Our big hope to get back to your hotel but with the condition better and certainly no lice
"Not clean and old"
11th January 2012, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Rooms look like old and not clean. Many indian groups are staying here so if you like indian food you will appreciate the breakfast buffet. It seems that rooms are never available before 2 PM.Also the swimming pool look nice but not clean: cigaretts butts...It doesn't have the standing we are waiting for an Accor hotel.
