"Good hotel"

For £46 this was fab value, the hotel is v smart & has great facilities, however it is in a business park, it's great for the airport & has great rail link so only minutes from the centre and very quiet.

We recently stayed at this hotel when we visited the city for the Rugby. It is out on its own with the only premises surrounding it been Krispy Kreme Donuts, KFC and across the road a retail park with Tesco, Halfords, Mothercare, etc there are not clothes shops in this retail park. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to the train station which will get you into the city center in ten minutes or to Haymarket in 5 minutes. £3.80 return per day or you can purchase a weekly pass. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant serves good quality food and you can have food at any time day or night. Breakfast is a good spread with continental breakfasts, cereals and hot food with plenty of varity. Breakfast is available until 12pm which is fantastic. We arrived in the hotel at 8am in the morning and we were delighted to be allowed to check in at this time the man on reception was very accomadating and very pleasent to deal with. We had dinner in the hotel and this was also to a high standard although we did think it was quite expensive. They have a pool which is quite small but a nice add on and the gym is well equipped. We would happily stay here again and I would recommend it if you do not mind having to travel to the main points of attraction in Edinburgh.

Good value at pre- pay price. Shower thermostat didnt work on first night which was annoying but it was fixed as soon as we reported it. Room was quite cold and we couldn't seem to control the temperature ourselves. enjoyed pool before breakfast each day - clean and quiet, although steam room wasnt working for first two days which was disappointing. Hotel was quiet at night and we didnt hear any noises from other rooms during our stay.

Great hotel if you want to stay just outside Edinburgh. Only 10 mins into town from Edinburgh Park station , which is just over the road.Hotel very clean and having a pool was great , though there are only two changing cubicles ,which can mean a wait if busy. Staff all very pleasant. We stayed week Krispy Kreme Donuts shop opened its only outlet in Scotland over the road, which resulted in more traffic but no really an issue.

A great hotel with very nice restaurant. The location is outside of Edinburgh but as long as this is kept in mind when booking, you cannot mark it down on location. Great value for money and very easy to catch a train into Edinburgh for the day.
