"Excellent location & stay"

This hotel was perfectly located for us and all the staff were helpfull and polite. We have a 6 month old and all the staff couldn't help us enough and went out of their way. Only one small down side was that the pool wasn't heated and was too cold for our 6 month old to go in, which was a shame as he loves the water.

"Novotel"

A great stay in the Novotel recently - you can't get more central really. Very friendly and helpful - veggie saugages at breakfast not a problem...the only small gripe and teh reason for 4/5 for cleanliness was that our room had not beeen vacuumed properly and we had someone else's biscuit crumbs all over the floor - didn't complain just moved a chair to cover them. Very confy bed.

"Well placed, comfortable, modern hotel"

Very comfortable, well situated, modern hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff.The bedroom was well furnished, clean and quiet. Liked there being a couch - so often there is nowhere to sit in modern hotel rooms. A good spread at breakfast and, despite it being half term and busy, the service was very efficient and cordial. A very good base for exploring the sights of Liverpool on foot. Also, an easy walk from the main railway station.

"Great family hotel"

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location, near Liverpool One shopping area. Multi storey car park just next door. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We ate lunch just down the road at The Hub - can recommend good food in a family friendly setting. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when we are next in Liverpool.

"Ideal for a weekend break"

Convenient location: short walk from the train station, close to some lovely restaurants and minutes from the Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping centre. It looks to be close to night clubs so we were concerned there would be noise however we didn't hear a thing. It was ideal for a short weekend city break.
