Better than expected, easy access to Mall, but be careful crossing the road, beer seemed expensive, but then you are paying a premium for alcohol in a Muslin country, overall would recommend for a no frills stop over

"short stay"

we both found the ibis mall of the emerites hotel a very nice place in a good location for what we needed as a stopover on our way to australia the money we saved in choosing this hotel rather than a higher star gave us the oppertunity to take afternoon tea at the Burj Al Arab and that is a once in a lifetime experience .

"Good Location!! OK Product"

Location is ideal... near to Mall of Emirates, connected to MetroBut very disappointed with the product.. Very small room... AC stopped working at 3 in the night, felt suffocated, engineer took two trips to rectify the errorOtherwise hotel is clean.. but the staff is not accommodating, we asked for two empty coffee mugs as the one in the room were used by us, but they denied and said that it is only available at the coffee shop.... ... :(

"Good Hotel to stay"

Rooms are small but neat and tidy;Staff are helpful and courteous;Food quality very good;Parking facility a big helpTo stock Coke cans in the vending machines outside instead of just water and fruit juices.

Clean, quite, affordable with an excellent location. What else do you need?Free internet connection is available in the lobby. Delivered food prices are a bit high, however there's a good Shawarma place across the street.Would be a plus if there were a gym / swimming pool.

"good hotel"

very aspects are good except the room cleaning missed out washing our coffee cups.There is no free internet in the rooms and the free wifi at lobby is rather slow.Had a pleasant stay. walking distance to 2 metro stations.Location is quite far from old city centre and airport but short walk to Mall.

"Good for short stay in new Dubai"

Good value for money.Location close to Mall of emirates but not so easy to find if you come with subway.There should be at least a kettle and instant coffee in the room.Minus point: Charging 100 AED for 12 hours Internet in the room is a rip-off!! i know that it is free in the lobby but still....

The hotel staff was very friendly. I had a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is marvelous. I wish they had a refrigerator in a room as well as a swimming pool. Overall i am happy with the facility.

I recently stayed in IBIS Mall of the Emirates with my sister who just visited me for 72 hours and I chose to stay here because of the good location--near the mall and Metro station and other establishments like the bar.As a Le Club member, I hope that the facilities in the room like the lights will be checked and the staff will acknowledge my constructive advice. I value accorhotels tha's why if I see something that needs to improve on I usually say that when I checked out. Unfortunately, the front desk did not value it.However, for travelers who would like to have a short stay, IBIS is recommended.
