Well located in the heart of the city, comfy bed with a small kitchenette for travellers that are on budget or stay longer. It might not be a 5stars resort but it does the job.

This hotel may only be "budget" and 3 stars BUT: Complicated, confusing and thus untrustworthy booking process. When attempting to query aspects of booking, I was always referred to Accor, the holding company. Only able to pay for half the accommodation up front, thus forced to pay a higher sum at the reception upon arrival. Parking arrangements very unclear during booking process and at reception. Staff unable to clearly and succinctly explain this. Rooms far too small. Cupboard storage a complete joke: too smal and cramped; hangers on railing that only persons taller than 1.8m can reach - ridiculous! Rooms not made up every day: duvet only placed over the bed; cups not cleaned; toilet paper not adequately replenished everyday. Very limited number of TV channels available. Way overpriced for a "budget" hotel. Good views from our balcony. Great central location.
