"My stay at Novotel Deira City Centre"

Hotel is close to the airport and shopping mall. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are neat. Good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and will stay in it when I travel to Dubai again.

"NIce, ergonomic rooms.."

Nice hotel for the purpose, although room lot smaller than on the pics. Friendly staff, breakfast okay, area all right. The swimmingpool is in betweenthe buildings, and mostly not used by business guests. The bed however, very hard to my opinion, and small for a double.But very good deal in the weekend of Accor. so would return. And just 12 mins from terminal 3 Emirates by Metro!! No car or taxi needed!! walk of 3 minutes to Metro station and Shopping mall.

"Great Hotel - Good location"

This was a very nice hotel to stay in, close to the airport and right across the road from the Diera City Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and Check out was very quick. The facilities at the hotel were very good. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

"Good Hotel"

The hotel is well situated only 10 minutes from airport by car. Also you have one shopping mall in front of the hotel - just have to cross the street to get there. Moreover if you want to go to other shopping malls you can take the metro which is situated next to the hotel. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2. Had no problems with the bathroom/toilet etc. The bed, mattress and pillows are very comfortable The negative points about the rooms are: 1) No vanity bag for woman2) No WiFi in the room and internet in the room is not free - Free WiFi only in the lobby area. 3) When there is a show on the ground floor - you can hear the music clearly inside the room - this can be disturbing if you are trying to get some sleep4) The only English channel available did not have a good / clear sound and sometimes no sound at all. Apart from these few negative points above, the hotel is a good place to stay.

Excellently located close to airport and shopping centre across the roadOther services etc are the quality you would expect from a NovotelOnly one issue: almost everyone in the bar where food is also served, 70% of guests were smoking

great trip and great team..our only concern was the bed it was so firm and wasnt that comfortable other than that it was great.breakfast available timing was great they can do some varities in the breakfast

"Fabulous place to stay"

The serenity and beautifully furnished rooms were fantastic and made for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and prompt to one's needs. The variety of dishes in the restaurant are most enjoyable. Its very closeness to the Deira City Centre Mall makes it ideal for visitors on a shopping visit.

"Great place to stay in Dubai"

We spent two nights in this hotel with our two children, a stopover between Europe and SE Asia. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the airport, close to the Metro giving you easy access to the entire city.Across the road there's Deira City Center Shopping Mall for your shopping needs and/or simple meals. Service is the usual Novotel standard, helpful staff, clean rooms, modern design and a sofa bed which allows the whole family to stay in one room if that's what you want. The free WiFi in the lobby and the Web corner is also there for your use. Breakfast is good, the pool area albeit small is great place to cool off after the desert heat. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.
