"disappointed on the internet arrangement"

Do The hotel is cleanDon't The hotel shows free internet in the room on my booking and check-in. After 2 nights, it suddenly turn down the free internet in the room and only free at lobby. It's not a honest way for hotel.

"windows not opening"

My stay at Ibis Deira City Centre was really a home outside a home, the only exception is that the windows are not opening. Not all persons like artificial ventilation.You may wish to note that you need poters in Ibis. When i checked in around 4am i had to carry my loggage in myself. Thank you.

"good hotel, but..."

This is a good hotel. It's location is great, but there always seems to be a problem with double rooms not being available as they haven't been cleaned. this was the second time I was offered a twin room even though I had booked a double. Otherwise I would have had to wait several hours before a double was available. Come on guys, get your act together.

great value for money liked the hotel very much all was well except that I was disappointed not to wifi Internet network in the rooms where it was only cable , I wish that could be looked at as I've stayed in smaller hotels in other parts of the world an wifi Internet was provided all over the hotel , thank you ,

"Rooms provided late afternoon after 2pm"

Members must have priority in allocation of rooms and not walk-in guests.Notwithstanding my review I would like to note here that no rooms were provided to us even after 2 pm on our arrival date at the hotel. This was a disappointment. Otherwise all good.

"Ibis Deira City Centre"

Very good hotel located just opp Deira City Shopping Centre. Great value for those looking for a clean functional room in Dubai. Staff are friendly, facilities good (e.g. can use Novotel swimming pool at a small fee which refunded if you eat/drink something of same value). Free wifi (in the lobby only) a good plus!

"Not like other Ibis hotels :("

My mum and I stayed at Ibis Deira for one night during a stopover in Dubai. The location was good (not too far from the airport), the hotel was clean, though the rooms are quite small. Unlike other Ibis hotels, however, there was no kettle in the room to make tea, not even glasses to drink water in (we had all these facilities at Ibis Gatwick airport where we had stayed just a day earlier). When we asked for glasses, we were given flimsy plastic ones. The check-in staff was friendly but there was no one to help with the luggage, despite the fact that we were two women lugging some heavy bags, and I was (am) visibly pregnant. It was a disappointing stay at a hotel which claims to have high standards of service.

"Clean, Cheap, No Frills"

I've used this hotel a few times. It's clean, but Spartan. No room service for food; you order then go to the lobby to get your food. A big plus is having Deira City Centre Mall across the street. Mall has restaurants, food court, plenty of shopping, and a bar that's attached to a different hotel. I would recommend to anyone looking for a no-frills, budget hotel in Dubai.

"Ibis Deira City Centre"

This hotel is located close to the airport and the old city centre. The metro is basically across the street, together with a big shopping mall. The hotel room is clean and neat, but that is all. No water cooker or any other convenient amenities. The hotel staff are not that friendly, nor that helpful. They lack some of the costumer service attitude. Though, if you are looking for a hotel close to the city centre and only for sleeping, then this hotel might be just what you are looking for.

"HOTEL OF MY CHOICE IN DUBAI"

Since I travel to Dubai, UAE I find the Ibis Deira City Centre an ideal place for staying, everything is easily accessible in the vicinity, train, taxis, shoping centre, restaurants and so on. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. Car parking also free. Free internet in the lobby is what make people now easily in contact with their business and the last is the PRICE is affordable with high quality rooms. The only one thing that bothered me was the tenents are noisy specially when closing room doors and noise from room to room is easily audible and can disturb the sleep. Overall it is my choice of hotel in Dubai.

"Value for Money"

The Hotel is extremely convenient for a short stay due to its location (in front of DCC and the Dubai Metro Station). The Hotel is Clean and very customer friendly esp., the staff is highly helpful and courteous.
