"My Stay At VIE Hotel Bangkok"

Stayed 3 nights at hotel in early May.Good: Good location; easy access to BTS and walking distance to Siam Center.Clean room with nice soft bed.Well equipped gym and big jacuzzi.Bad:Wifi chargeable in hotel room; only free wifi at hotel lobby.Water cooler only available at gym level; no water coolerer at jacuzziand sauna area.Swimming pool is located some distance from gym and closed at 1900.Check in counter staff not very friendly.

Good design and surrounding but tiny pool and small gym. Food is good and service is quite nice. Spa is excellent but costs you a fortune!

"Comfortable hotel with great room"

We did very much enjoy our stay in VIE hotel, one of the best during our 4 weeks trip in south east Asia. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The staffs are friendly. Great hotel facility.The concierge service is not very well. Our half day joined tour to the floating markt was awful. Also the local informations (where to eat and the markts, etc...) to get arround in Bangkok provided by the concierge staff, was also disappionting.

"VALUE FOR MONEY!"

We were welcomed from the moment we stepped into the lobby & was further awed by the cleanliness & tip-top conditions of the room & the hotel facilities. The sleep package had indeed worked wonders for us. We get to select our desired pillows, complimentary from the hotel & we had a good sleep throughout our 4 nights stay. My friend was so pleased, she said this is the first time she could sleep so soundly in a hotel room! As for the dining experience, the food from the A la carte menu was good but not the breakfast buffet which we had looked forward to but somehow it fell below our expectations. However, we would like to commend your servicing staff for their excellent services. Well as for the swimming pool, we found it a pity that it close too early at 7 p.m. Since the pool has no shade & the afternoon sun is too hot & damaging for the skin, we preferred to go for a night swim instead. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to swim at all.Location wise, it's well-served by the nearby BTS, as well as the hotel complimentary Tuk-tuk. We have no complain.We booked this hotel during the promo "STAY 3 PAY 2" & we're glad that we have made the right choice. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends. In fact, we have been sharing our wonderful stay here with all of them since our return. Thank you for your great hospitality.

"Very modern and comfortable"

Had a great stay over Easter. Good location on the main train line, only one stop from the Siam shopping centres (Paragon, MBK & Discovery), but still within walking distance if you prefer to walk. Huge bed. Comfy pillows. Very modern hotel. Great breakfast buffet selection. Friendly staff. The pool is a bit small, but ok if only one or two people are in it at once. The gym was modern with good selection of equipment.

Just right next to a BTS station, very convenient to get around. Service is great except you need to pay for the internet service.

"excellent city centre hotel"

the hotel is conveniently located for the sky train and is best suited for busness, sightseeing or shopping as it is within walking distance of Siam Paragon or MBK.the pool is small ,.the rooms excellent, the breakfast the best we had in thailand in comparison to many 5 star hotels we stayed in while travelling around.the staff were always friendly and helpful.

"Failure to record Loyalty Points"

My wife and I stayed in 5 different Accor premises across SE Asia during our holiday. I was extremely dissapointed that the reception staff at Vie Hotel Bangkok did not credit the stay in the AClub Loyalty Program, despite assurances that this had been attended to. I did not keep my invoice and payment receipt, therefore cannot claim as "missing points". To my mind, loyalty is a two way thing.Otherwise the hotel was great. Located only minutes from central Bangkok it was convenient to get to wherever we wanted to go. Rooms were good, food excellent and great entertainment in the annex.

"Faboulous Hotel"

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my business trip.It was fanstastic and awesome hotel.Great location and very nice 5 stars hotel.Just a min walk from the BTS station(sky train station)and those shopping complexes like Siam Paragon,Centre World,Gaysorn and MBK all just few mins walk from this hotel.I upgraded to Grand deluxe King room.This is a very big and spacious room with a great view from my room as well.Definitely will stay there again.

"An Oasis in a Busy City"

We stayed at the VIE Hotel on an overnight stopover, and I wish we had longer to make the most of this lovely hotel and it's central location. We stayed in a suite and the room, furnishings and amenities were fabulous. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated as valued guests, nothing was a bother. The staff here are simply outstanding.This hotel is well located, and we were pleased to be given complimentary tickets for the skyrail (although we were unable to use them on this trip). I enjoyed my stay so much that I am planning my next trip to Bangkok, just so I can stay in this lovely hotel again! Thank you VIE.

"Very nice hotel"

We stayed two nights in Feb. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Only one small problem when there was a leak in our bathroom ceiling at one in the morning. The maintence worker was in and out for about 45 minutes working on the problem. Not really a big deal just a minor inconveniece. But overall we enjoyed our time there and if we're back in Bangkok, we'll try to stay there again.

"Just because of an air con switch position"

I just would like to have a very short comments that the air con switch is very bring when all the light is off. It is shinning into the eyes when we lie down on the bed. That night was quite disturbing just because of the air con switch. Other than that, the experience was great.

"Lovely hotel with a more personal touch"

The VIE is a great hotel in Bangkok, it feels so much more personal than the larger 5* places down on the river and also avoids any of the snootiness that you feel in some of the more established places. The Grand Deluxe rooms are actually huge suites and well worth going for. Service is great (as it seems to be everywhere in Thailand) and the location right next to the Sky Train is fantastic if you want to be able to explore the city without needing to take cabs everywhere. Breakfast buffet is more like a brunch with lots of western and eastern food plus options for cooked to order omelettes and noodles. Would deff recommend and hope to come back soon.

"VIE Bangkok Hotel is the best choice I made"

Very good location. No far from Siam but still very quite. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I do love the jazz club at VIE bar. VIE Bangkok Hotel is super cool. I am very happy that I spent 3 nights there. I make sure I will stay here everytime I travel to Bangkok.

almost perfect. good for shopping. water gate and Siam in walking distance. BTS exit too. room is perfect. with a little extra fee to upgrade. worth every penny! weakness: slow check in. took me longer than average time. standing.........maybe seated will make me feel better.
