"Great Central Oasis"

Five minute walk to MBK center or free tuktuk ride. Staff were very accommodating and upgrade to suite was fantastic for $100 CDN. Fantastic buffets and free WiFi in room (and rest of hotel) was great.
"Excellent value"

One of the best values I found so far in Bangkok, and I have been in many different hotels over a 15 year period. The rooms are nice and functional, the breakfast buffet has everything both for European and Asian tastes. The Happy Hours at the bar give you a nice glass of wine for ca. 3 Euro, an outstanding value considering how expensive is wine in Thailand. The Sky Train station is less that 100 m away, so communication is excellent. The only negative from a location pov is that the hotel is in the middle of an area that does not look nice at all. So visitors might be put off by the external appearance, as they arrive. However, this has no practical impact on the stay. The major shopping malls are one Sky Train stop away, or 3 min by the complimentary hotel tuk-tuk.
"Fantastic!"

Fantastic hotel! Great location - at the door step of a BTS station, 1 stop from Phaya Thai and Siam Square. The hotel is very stylish, impeccably clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Highly recommended!
"Vie Hotel Bangkok"

A beautiful boutique hotel. Excellent rooms. Well located. Quiet.Amenities were close. Friendly staff. However, the service was however below my expectations for Accor. In particular, the room service was slow, meals were cold when received and incomplete. Several requests went unanswered. In-room Wifi was very poori ...). For the room service, I suspect that it was due to Valentine's day and very busy. The 1-star michelin restaurant was fully booked so I had to resort to room service. In fact, we wanted to stay in the room because it was georgeous!
"Fab hotel close to Siam Centre"

Second time that we've stayed at the VIE and we were more than happy with everything. It's walkable to the shops around Siam Square and there's some bars right next door to grab a night cap or a meal. It's also next to Ratchathewi BTS. The rooms are very large and the beds super comfy. Only thing I'd mention is that I find the big glass doors in the bathroom quite heavy to open and close, but I suppose that's the price one pays for style!
"Fantastic stay"

We spent a lot of time researching different hotels as there are so many to pick from. In the end we decided to try the Vie Hotel and definitely made the right choice. The check in process was prompt and went smoothly, and we were brought cold drinks which was welcome after coming in from the humidity outside. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas period. We were told that we'd been upgraded to a suite on the 24th floor. We've stayed in extremely nice hotels across Europe and America, but this suite had to be one of the best. It had a large separate living area, good sized bedroom and large bathroom with rainfall shower and a separate huge bath. It was well equipped, comfortable and extremely quiet. The pillows were perfect for us but there was also an option to pick alternative ones from a menu. Complimentary bottles of water and wi-fi was provided. We had breakfast on two mornings and were surprised at the vast choice - pretty much anything you could have asked for; all the usual breakfast items but many more dishes including chicken in red wine sauce and bread & butter pudding! We ate in the hotel bar a couple of times and enjoyed the food, and also enjoyed cocktails by the pool one evening. We didn't use it, but the hotel has a really well equipped fitness room. The hotel is close to the train station so it's easy to get around. We'd taken a train from the airport which was cheap, quick and relatively easy. Traffic is horrendous most of the time but we decided on a taxi back to the airport, and at 6am on a Sunday morning the journey was fine. We really enjoyed our time in Bangkok and would definitely consider staying at the Vie Hotel again if we returned.

The room is awesome! Huge and spacious! Comfortable bed and sofa. Was offered 2 choices of bedroom slippers inside the wardrobe which is a bonus. Free wifi in the room.Location is good too. 10mins walk to Siam Discovery Center and the nearby malls. 2 mins walk to the nearby BTS station, which is 1 station away from Siam Station. Very accessible. There are plenty of afforable local restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is good too!Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again!
"A little drop of luxury in the humidity"

Fantastic hotel right near Bangkok downtown. Attentive staff and a great view over new Bangkok. Rooms are clean and well proportioned. 200m from Skytrain station, so easy access to all of Bangkok. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try out the buffet breakfast. The hotel has wine and cheese / antipasto happy hour too.
