"Another great stay In Sanya"

Excellent service in this hotel, food excellent and good variety. "i like the private pool"

if the pool could be heated, it will be much better.The food in Chinese restaurant is not that good and over priced. Some maintenance of hardware is required. The breakfast is nice and has many variety. if in room breakfast available will be much better.In the private beach, it looks nice but there is no safety guard which is a bit dangerous even disclaimer is stated in a flag.View management response »

That's all I can say. It's well below my expectations. In every rating sector of this hotel, it is quite on average. Pullman lags too much the accor best hotel branch Sofitel.View management response »

Everything went as espected except:- Accor Advantage program did not yield the free rooms promised - instead - we had to pay.The bathroom fittings did not fit: shower heads that fly, shower doors that do not close.View management response »

The moment we arrived at the hotel the staff ensured everything was taken care of. The one bedroom villas with private pool were exceptional, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff exemplify service. A trely wonderful time which we will return for in the future.View management response »

"Great Hotel.. But plz do more"

Really good House Keeping service, room and Turn down service too.and hotel facility is fantastic.Pool and beach is very impressive.But I have a little problem.It's a Communication with English.Some times this problem make me upset.If not work GRO 'Lana', It will be move to Other Hotel.Really thank you 'Lana' still.
