No proper service even unable to provide enough toilet tissues . Very inconvieniet small rooms. too congested . There is only one socket to charge mobiles.this is not an ideal hotel room for family.i would not suggest this hotel

I have used IBIS Budget Hotels regularly for business stays and find them excellent value for money, clean and user friendly. The staff are always courteous and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel to anyone who asked me.

Good location just 5 minutes from Hounslow central underground and local shops just round the corner. Rooms are functional, clean with good shower. Tripple glazing keeps the sound of aircraft approaching Heathrow airport at bay

"Good hotel for very good price!"

Clean, friendly and when you keep the windows closed very quiet.Nice price for a fine hotel. The distance to the city is half an hour by metro and the metro station is a 3 minute walk. In the nearby stores you can have a good cup of coffee

"Economy, BUT.."

When paying as little as you do here you don't expect too much. Unfortunately this property was even unable to reach these perceived lows.The bed was uncomfortable to the extreme but for one night could be managed.There was no Wifi available as they had run out of codes for the day?The front desk staff were next to useless, claiming that I wasn't allocated to the room I was in, and having absolutely no idea about the concept of customer service.The housekeeping staff were quick to offer smiles when you saw them on floors. Perhaps housekeeping could preform some sort of training for the front desk staff.

"cheap and cheerful"

This hotel is not far from Hounslow central tube a direct line on Piccadilly into centre of london. Hotel was ok for the price, could have done with more pillows as the one we had was flat, and the bed was quite hard, but for the price you pay t be on a direct line to london was fine!Tesco was under the hotel so good for any needed items, and the town centre was very handy with some rather cheap deals! the shopping centre there had a great coffee shop in the middle with good and tasty deals. Over all good hotel in good location.
