What one would expect in the ibis Chain. Nothing flash but clean, good service, great value and you know what you get in advance.

This hotel is based in Chengdu but not in the town center. It's not so far, but you have to take taxi or subway.I was there for the wine fair, and for professionnal trip, it's not a bad hotel, but the beds are sweet as wood, the breakfast is principally Chineese, there is no wifi...It's a little bit expensive looking for the hotel.English spoken... by only 1 employee I think !

Rooms were good thoug small but very good price . Value for Money . Taxi is a little problem to get from there. Hotel Staff was very cooperative. Just a problem was they needed some amount as advance which i didnt had as i checked in late in the night

the staff are not helpfull , EVERYTHING takes such a long tjme .check in and check out takes forever. with international travellors they need stafff who are helpfull and speak a certain amount of English. overall poor to average.
