8th August 2011, Wollongong

We were very impressed with the service & comfort of the Wagga Wagga Pavilion. The room was spacious , comfortable & clean. Also noted that it seems to attract regular clientel, as some guests were on first name basis with staf f. Also locals were using bar/ resturant....all means they are doing something right - good service.

all seasons Wagga Wagga Pavillion: 1.0 out of 5 stars "Poor standards"

17th July 2011, Townsville

You should have the whole hotel sprayed for insects. I have photos of the insect problem, even when l checked out l gave the front desk a few samples of what was crawlling around.Your maintenance in and around the room needs some attention. How did the insects get in? All doors and windows were closed. The rooms slide door and fly screen needed new rollers so that it would slide more freely

Management responseDear Guest,Thank you for your review. At the time of your stay the entire city was experiencing an unprecedented influx of insects as a result of heavy rainfalls. The hotel made a considerable investment - having professionals spray three times - to ensure that our guests were largely undisturbed. I do regret that your experience did not reflect this.A manager is on site and available 24/7. Any issues that arise will be immediately resolved should the guest notify us.I appreciate your feedback, though I regret that you have downgraded the hotel on all criteria based on a solitary issue that was beyond the control of any property in Wagga Wagga at the time. Please call or email me personally when next you travel to the city and I will personally ensure your stay is positively memorable.Thank you once again for your review.Kindest Regards,Peter McIntyre

all seasons Wagga Wagga Pavillion: 4.0 out of 5 stars "All Seasons Wagga"

24th June 2011, Wodonga

Motel was fine and the rooms etc were terrific. My only complaint was that there was insufficient parking for people staying at the motel as I think a lot of the parking spots were taken up by people using the restaurant and therefore we had to park our car in the street.

Management responseDear Guest,I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us and rated us "good" or "excellent" in all criteria.Although we have ample parking for our own guests, on a very rare occasion, events at nearby venues result in outside patrons encroaching on our spaces. Provisions are being made to ensure this no longer occurs. We are proud to provide complimentary parking to all our guests.Thank you once again for your very positive review and I look forward to introducing myself when next you stay.Kindest Regards,Peter McIntyre
