"French visitor"

I stay in this hotel for a couple of day every month for business.This hotel is quite pleasant and they have a free parking (very useful in this city). Rooms are very confortable and quiet. Breakfast is copious and various. For dinner, it's quite expensive and not necessarily tasteful. The only thing I can reproach to the hotel , it's the 5 euro they request for the wifi, taking into account the room's rate, this should be free, it's mean on behalf of hotel.

Because of its previously planned tourist trip could not stay at more than one day. Excellent service, especially elegant and affable manager Umberto. On the morning of the rooms of the hotel spread the printed newspaper - it's nice to get news from home in their native language. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and a rich breakfast with delicious local sweets. The hotel is fully equivalent to 4 *. Mercure Siracusa Prometeo recommend if you want to comfortably pass the time.

This is a no fuss good modern hotel within walking distance of the Archeological Park. For Ortigia a car is a must: it is easy to get there and back (even during rush hours) and to park. The front desk is both efficient and friendly. The hotel food is unimpressive to say the least. There is a very nice swimming pool and bar on the the top floor.
