"Disappoint on the service"

The hotel itself is great! But it is the tiny details that are a big let down. Checked into the room to find tiny crumbs on the coffee table. Crumbs can also be found on the carpet of the work table area. The room internet is inconsistent, but could be due to the inferior local network? The breakfast is also a total disappointment. The choices are reasonable considering that most of the guests are chinese, but it is a total turn off that dishes are not being replenish automatically when it is emptied.

"A Satisfying Traveller"

The customer service manager was excellent. her name is Christina - from Phillipines. She performed her role effectively.The room was big and spacious. The bathroom was really extraordinary. They wanted to charge for the internet; but I told them that when I booked, it mentioned that the internet was included. Christina came to my room and offered to connect the internet for me and she assured me that the internet would be free. Such was the excellent the hotel offered. I was very happy with the service and the facility.

"Superlative Quality in Chongqing"

There is nothing to complain about for this property - and everything to be happy with! Rooms are as comfortable as one comes to expect with Sofitel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, as well as being gracious and elegant. The location is excellent for work, downtown connections and is well connected for the airport. It was a pleasure to stay.
