I booked a room with 2 double beds, but unfortunately got a king bed and a single so the youngest child slept with us in the big bed. Other than that the room was lovely.

Bed too high and soft to sit on. Only one chair in a room designed for two people. Other than those two factors, the room was acceptable. The staff were very helpful.

"very nice But!"

Hotel, room ,bed, bathroom, view excellent. However everything you sell in the mini bar, restuarant and bar, was way out of my price range, and was discussed within our group. how you can buy a Pepsi that cost a $1 and you sell it for $5. Or you charge $45 for a steak, and if i want chips with it ,thats $7 extra Vegies ,thats $8 extra. So if i wanted steak chips and VEG it would have cost me $60.00. I dont mind Paying for quality, but felt your pricing is over the top! They may be ok for buisness people who`s companies are paying the bill, but not the generial public.(FYI I could have charge mine,but couldn`t)

"Great place"

Has to be one of the best motels i have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms and furnishings and great location for the show we went to.

"Great hotel."

The hotel was great and I enjoyed the club lounge which had great service and a very relaxed feeling about it. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. I will certainly stay again.

"Lovely Stay"

We stayed at the Pullman to attend the Royal Show. The room was neat and tidy. We had good service although the price for the room is quite expensive.

"Holiday Stay"

Arrival greating by staff great.Check in Ok- bit of a mix up with rooms and packages.The rooms very clean and our window view of the show ground fantastic.Room service was a big down fall as on three occasions we requested room service and all required me calling atleast 3 times to get what we ordered. On the last occasion I personally went to front desk to express this.House keeping cleaned room each morning however did not re-stock the coffee/milk etc.Breakfast was very very nice enjoyed by kids.Love the Nespresso coffee yummo.

we have stayed there several times and enjoyed the stay very much. This time however the breakfast was disgusting. It lacked freshness and bakery items as hard as rocks. We will stay again, because they have been great all other times.

We stayed at the Pullman last year and agin this year and the level of customer service has deteriorated. The rooms were not cleaned or serviced to our satisfaction, not enough towels in the room for the number of guests, took 2 days to get more. Everytime we called reception our requests were either ignored or it took several calls or a visit to reception to get some action. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

i was promised adjoining rooms and this didnt happen - as a family of 4 being split wasnt what we wanted.reception was understaffed and the queue to check in and out was too long.

I have stayed here three times now. Everything is exceptional bar the desk service. The staff are wonderful - there just aren't enough of them! It makes checking in and out a stressful experience for everyone. The staff are doing their best to hurry and you are doing your best to stay patient. Last checkout took 15 minutes of patience and two minutes to complete. It's not good enough for five star.

The Pullman Sydney Olympic Park is a very comfortable hotel with city views and well kept rooms. My only complaint was the television only played a few cable stations and none of the digital free to air stations.

Stayed 2 nights over Easter and had a lovely time at the Hotel. The king size bed was excellent had no trouble sleeping it was like sleeping at home or even better. The food was and service excellent except the coffee machines for breakfast were not very reliable. We are thinking of staying again next Easter as we had such a great break.

A wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The facilities available to us were top class. The Gym was spacious with numerous equipment available 24 hours, swimming in the nearby aquatic centre and a relatively flat site gave us plenty of exercise options. Service in the restaurant was excellent and one of the best buffet breakfasts available!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night (31/3/2012). The Hotel is right in the heart of the Sydney Olympic Park Precinct, across the road from The Aquatic centre and a short walk to the beautiful Bicentennial Park. The service from Reception to the fine dining restaurant at Bacar was excellent.We are members of the Accor club, so decided to use our free night here. It was a relaxing night away without the children. It has been a while since we have done this.(and only half an hour away from home).The room we had was on the 12th floor. We had views over the Aquatic centre, Athletics track, ANZ stadium and up to the Blue mountains. Rooms on the other side if the building had great views of the city and harbour bridge.The room was very well appointed and very roomy. The bathrrom was beautiful, with lovely toiletries, bath sheets and bathrobes. There was a full size bath and separate shower. The queen bed was very comfortable, made for a goodnights sleep. There was a swivel lounge, separate desk, flat screen tv, clock/radio with iphone/ipod dock - very handy. The curtains were very effective in blocking out the light and making for good night sleep and sleep in the next morning. The room was very clean.There was a mini bar with very expensive items in it.We had dinner at Bacar Restaurant in the hotel. The food here was wonderful. There is an open kitchen so you see the chefs at work. They were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 course meal. Very relaxing and worth every cent. The service was excellent. If you do not want to eat here, there are a variety of other reataurants, cafes, fast food shops and a convenience store nearby.In the morning, we opted to go for a walk through Bicentennial park and had breakfast at Lillies on the Park. A very popular place. The food was great too - large serves - didn't need lunch. You can also hire bikes from the shop next to it.Check out is 11am. Probably the downside was the fact that you had to pay $25 per day to park you car in the hotel car park.We did have an enjoyable and relaxing night away, and wished we had been able to stay longer at the Hotel.
