It was a nice stay, comfortable bed. Hot water takes a while to come through, privacy blinds on windows would be nice as well as block out blinds already installed. The grounds and surrounding countryside is beautiful. Tasty breakfast but new, young fair-headed man needs to get a move on and look like he’s interested in helping guests. Young girl with European accent was lovely. The capsule coffee machine serves lukewarm coffee. Loved sitting outside our apartment in the sun but a few European wasps around.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley. Such beautiful, well maintained grounds, and lots of activities on-site to keep us busy. The staff were all very welcoming and gave us such personalised service. The food was wonderful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Very excited to stay here again!

We had a one bedroom apartment in the main building with a lovely balcony with a view. Room was spacious and bed comfy - lovely decor. Plenty of entertainment provided, spa, pool, mini golf, tennis, arcade space with table tennis. Great for kids and family. Lots of wild life also to see. The only negative were the food choices in the restaurant aside from that we had a lovely stay.
