"our stay one night"

service room and breakfast good my husbands evening meal of pork sausages was not good they were pink inside my fish and chips were good coffee at breakfast could be a lot hotter. Leave your car parked can walk to town. go for a superior room which has opening windows.l

We stayed 1 night in this hotel and had no serious issues apart from a smell which was coming from the drains etc in the bathroom, after placing plugs in all drains the smell was all but gone, reported this to the hotel manager and he seemed to appreciate the feedback and apologised sincerely.

"Great Value, Great Service, Great Location"

After using IBIS hotels extensively while travelling through France last year, we were very happy to try this hotel again. When we last stayed here some years ago, the hotel was quite rundown and not a good experience, but now it is a great place to stay, with excellent service and great value. It is a great location, with easy parking and easy to come and go.

"Favourite in Perth"

The service is excellent and our room was roomier than some hotels. We found the bed a bit softer than we prefer but this was the only time we have had this. Location not far (walking distance) from free bus to city with plenty of restaurants in vicinity although we found the restaurant in hotel reasonably priced. Place has nice atmosphere about it.

"TOTALLY UNSATISFIED"

My partner and I was not very impressed with the hotel we stayed in as the staff were very unwelcoming towards us we are both of (Aboriginal descent) yet they were very polite to the NON INDIGENOUS patrons who presented to the counter to book in. I myself am a member of the Accor Hotels (Silver Membership) I was really hoping to get a better deal for the accommodation standard wise, the room was to small, did not have a descent view out the window. I will definately not be recommending the hotel to other people in my networks until some serious changes are made in the hotel.

The service at the hotel was great. It was 24hrs which is very helpful when you have an early morning flight. The rooms were nice neat and clean. Just a good comfortable place to lay your head at night. Good value for money with breakfast included. As you don't get this much any more. Within walking distance to city. Has some great Asian eateries nearby.

Good location,clean rooms,staff very helpful,good service,meals in restaurant good,quick check in and out,no noise.TV reception in room could be better and more foxtel channels.Parking undercover is good at hotel with security monitoring.Excellent hot shower.Only 1 brand of cider at the bar!

In overall, the stay at this hotel is a pleasant experience. The location is a bit far from free Blue CAT service to go to Perth CBD. However, the sound proofness of the wall need to be looked into. We like the continental breakfast offer and selection.

I had a very bad experience during my stay eventhough some of the staff were very helpful.This hotel did not meet my expectations and I do not think it meets Accor standards. Being a frequent guest at Accor hotels, I was disappointed the fact i booked this hotel.

"Good location"

The hotel is in a good location and walking distance to both Beaufort St and the Chinatown areas of Northbridge, as well as a short stroll to the Perth CBD. There are good access points to public transport with Perth Railway Station just a 10-15 min stroll.The room we were in had no opening windows and a rather tacky picture painted on a board covering the window. This meant that we had to have the air conditioner on given it was hot and humid. It would have been nice to have been able to have some air come in when the weather cooled down.Parking was $10 per night which I didn't think was too bad as it was undercover. Overall, a good hotel and I would certainly stay there again.

A convenient palce to stay to get to the Art Gallery and to get public transport to Fremantle and its Maritime shipwreck museum. The carpark was affordable and easily accessible, once one knew it was on a one-way street.

It is great to stay in a location where it is walking distance to attractions, going out and the CBD. However, ask for a quiet room as if near the stairs you will hear noise from the lobby and people having breakfast. I asked for a quiet room but was NOT given one! The mattresses could be better. The staff are good.

We stayed for a girls weekend, check in was quick and easy, no problems when we came back at 3am, didn't make breakfast as we were so comfy in our beds we slept until 10am. Check out was no problem either. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

This was my second time at this hotel and really enjoys staying there. The room is very good and all the staff are friendly and helpful, and the surroundings are very pleasant.I’m planning for another trip to Melbourne in few months and my first choice of hotel would be all season, I like the special offer provided by hotel.
"Over charged & under delivered"

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years, but it has now got ideas way above its station. I know that Perth is an expensive place to stay, but seriously, $350 a night for this hotel is way out of line. My room would have been worth at the most, $200 a night. Like all hotels in Perth, supply & demand is dictating prices, some hotels though are clearly taking advantage. If you want to stay in Northbridge, use Hotel Northbridge. That is one of the few hotels in Perth that still offers value for money. Problem is, that fact is becoming well known & it is very hard to get a room there unless you book well in advance.

all seasons Perth offers friendly hospitality, a great full breakfast with good coffee. The location is perfect for people who want to go out and enjoy Perth's nighlife, close to Northbridge and the Ellington. We stayed in a basic standard room - not flash, but clean and enjoyed our night on Robinson Ave.
