"Get what you pay for"
13th May 2012, Von04, Karratha
Very friendly staff, affordable rooms, close to the CBD and great customer service. We had a standard queen room as we wanted something cheap (didn't want to pay $800+ for 5 nights), basically you get what you pay for. It was cheap and standard, but not cheap in a bad way. Exactly what we needed but not what we expected. As we were only there to sleep it did not matter to us. The cons of the room was not having a window or view, we had a window to a wall with a picture on it? First time I have seen that, and it would have been a lot nicer to have some sort of view, even if it was just the next building. We never thought a window would play a big factor over the room but it kind of did as without it the room was always gloomy and you couldn't see the weather outside. Another thing was that room service wasn't available all day, only at certain times and the after hours menu only had 3 items, of which were very nice but it would have been great to have more of a selection. It was great to have a hotel with parking as well, meant we had somewhere to park our hire car every day. Only annoying thing about it was having to validate the ticket everytime we left but the parking price of $10 per day was quite cheap compared to most hotels. The hotel was in a great area, away from all the ruckus of the nightclubs but still close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Also was a 5 minute drive to the CBD which was great!Overall, we had a great stay, staff were very friendly and you were always greeted with a smile which was always nice. I would choose this hotel again if I was looking to stay somewhere cheap and affordable.
"A very good Hotel"

Excellent service from the moment we checked in.The room was comfy. The bathroom /shower was clean. The location is very good.Breakfast adequate. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
"Great location"
11th May 2012, Sleepy2012, Perth
Great location, good service and comfy beds . The only bad thing would be the thin walls...we could hear every word our neighbors said, watched on TV, went to the bathroom...sleep would have been rated higher if our neighbors didn't keep us up all night, then awake early....
"Our May stay."
11th May 2012, Ruswall_12, Adelaide, Australia
Reception personnel and resteraunt staff were all very polite.A very enjoyable stay.On arrival I was not given the room I had booked online, a Superior 1 Queen bed, this was rectifed by shifting me into a premium room the next day.The only problem we found that could bring down the reputation of the hotel was the house keeping, during our stay the bed was only pulled up and staightened to give the appearance it had been made, we remade the bed ourselves each day after room service had finished and at no time was any dusting carried out, this could be a problem for allergy sufferers.

Worst value for money i have experienced; $260 cost.... $125 room!!!! the walls were so thin i could here snoring next door.
"Walls aren't soundproof, room service food was pretty good though."
3rd May 2012, BrisNat
Arrived and had good service at checkin. Because i have accor advantage plus i was upgraded to a superior roo.. I dread to think what the bormal rooms are as the superior was standard. I turned down the bed to have a spider scuttle out from between the sheets! Went to get spare pillow out of the cupboard as the 2 allocated were flat and found the spare was smeared with makeup. While there is a mens shaver unit in the bathroom there was no hair dryer. They replaced the coffee I drank with decaf. Took away the face washers each day until none remained - I gave in and went to reception to get some after 2 days. The worst part though was that the first night I had a bunch of raucous guys in the room next door who partied until 2 am. Second night in the other room beside me I had a snorer who sounded like he was next to me. Third night struck it lucky and managed to sleep, although I was so tired by that time I probably snored and kept someone else.

"Short stay ok"
11th April 2012, Melbourne, Australia
Nice enrty/foyer and bar restaurant. Good bar snacks/food and hour hour specials. Pretty basic rooms and no window on internal room just a light well which seemed rather odd.
"No Value"
30th March 2012, janson16, WA
Stayed for one night would not recommend staying there not worth $200 p/n. Woke up with blocked sinus's due to all the dust on top of everything, kettle, menu, room guide, shelves everything. Bed was extremely low to the ground and I am only 163cm tall, sheets were tatty and the underlay looked like it was for a double bed shoved onto a queen size. Felt very uncomfortable sleeping there the night thought I might catch something. Also didn't help that there was no window either. Breakfast was okay, however when our friends came down to eat and paid an extra $11 for the hot breakfast, they sat down got plates and went to get it, only to find nothing there upon questioning the staff they were told it will be at least a 10 min wait as the cook cooks more. They should have been told that when they were paying for it, as it was we get a refund and went to macca's just around the corner.

Management responseThank you for letting us know about your experience at All Seasons Perth. I am sorry that your room was overly dusty and I have addressed my concern, along with the tatty bed linen, to the Executive Housekeeper as Top Priority. I have also noted your comments regarding the hot breakfast and the lack of replenishment will be discussed with the Kitchen Team, I am sorry that it was not available to you and there was no communication. Again I thank you for the feedback you have provided and whilst we have let you down on this occasion, it is my hope that you do give us the opportunity to provide you with great service and value for money in future.SincerelyClinton JonesFront Office Manager

"All Seasons Northbridge Perth WA"
29th March 2012, Perth, Australia
The hotel is in a great location (easy walk to the city) and has very reasonably priced on site car parking. The rooms are always clean and well presented; the food is mostly very good and reasonably priced. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful; Clint Jones the manger is excellent. The only negative; a lot of the customers are very noisy and depending on where your room is, you can be woken up either late at night or very early in the morning as they come and go.The cost of accommodation was very reasonable however the rates (as with all of Perth) are increasing to a point where instead of being the ‘hotel I always stay at’, I am now starting to shop around for cheaper alternatives. All in all – a good place to stay.
"Don't go there"
18th March 2012, Sydney, Australia
The hotel was really hard to find down a one way back street. The room was a box that's all I can call it.It was really tiny there was a window that didn't open and through it all you could see was a brick wall with a picture of Sydney Harbour(its Perth not Sydney??)As there was no window and the temp outside was 40' you would like to use the aircon(haha) it didn't work properly. It wasn' a nice experience.
"Relaxation in Northbridge"
13th March 2012, Coolangatta
Service wa excelent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was more than adequate and kept cleaned regularly. Location is the only negative. If you are young and like walking you can get into the CBD in 15 minutes, if older there is a regular bus service into the CBD from around the corner in William Sreet. Close by,within a 10 minute walk you have access to the wonderful cafes and eateries of Northbridge. Overall we had a very relaxint time and a very enjoyable stay (4 nights) at the "All Seasons"
"Fantastic service"
8th March 2012, Busselton, Australia
We recently stayed at the All Seasons in Northbridge - and received impeccable service from the moment we checked in. The staff were genuine and friendly, and upon arrival we were informed that as we had rung to advise that we had an extra adult accompanying us, they had booked out of the standard rooms with a double and a twin - therefore to accommodate us -at no extra charge- our room had been upgraded to a superior room with a queen bed and they had installed a folder bed for my sister, for this 'inconvenience' we were given free buffet breakfasts! We have never checked into a hotel before and been told the room had been upgraded and we had a free hot breakfast too! The folder bed was comfortable and our room was larger than it would've been if we had the standard room we had originally booked. The service was excellent from the get-go and it made our holiday weekend in Perth that little bit extra special. Highly recommend it!

"Handy Location but over priced for the quality"
20th February 2012, Steve_Muller, Brisbane
Good location if you don't want to stay in the city but still be handy to all. The main negative is the price, I paid $175 for a Sunday night but the rate for Monday was $287 for the same room. However it is very hard to find good affordable accommodation Perth without paying through the roof due to the mining boom.I used to stay at this hotel quite a lot in the past and only paid max $150 a night, it is still the same hotel but due to supply and demand they are charging a lot more

Management responseThanks for sharing your comments with us relating to your recent stay at All Seasons. It is pleasing that you enjoy the location of the hotel which is in close proximity to the CBD without the hustle and bustle. I have noted you comments regarding price and with the increased traffic in WA Hotels and undersupply of rooms it can be hard on the wallet. However for a great deal on accommodation please do check the hotel website for special deals and promotions, we also include a continental breakfast daily to add a little extra value. Again thank you for comments and look forward to welcoming you back soon.Warm Regards,Clinton JonesFront Office ManagerAll Seasons Perth

"Adequate but expensive"
13th February 2012, JoseBorghino, Sydney, Australia
This is an adequate low to middling quality hotel. Rooms are nothing extraordinary: mine was clean and had a view of an empty lot and the litter in the backyard of what looked like a boarding house. Friendly staff. Acceptable breakfast and air con. Not sure if there was an event happening in Perth, or if the mining boom has turned the place idiotic, but in any other town I would have expected to pay half of the tarrif here.
"All Season's Perth"
9th February 2012
Reasonable hotel and facilities in good location for walking access to events at Nib stadiium; Perth CBD, particularly Northbridge. Good continental breakfast included, a small additional charge for full breakfast. Will stay there again.
"Good location but..."
9th February 2012, Perth
Nice location in Northbridge, which is a vibrant area of restraurants and bars, which is good. The reception and lounge area is clean. Quite noisy with a few young sport players from another country. Somebody was singing in the corridor and I could hear it. And these fellas were drying up their shoes in the corridor. I am sure the hotel was aware of that. Room was rather spacious and tidy. Very dark colored cheap carpet. Bathroom was clean. The worst thing was my room had no windows... Overall not very impressive at all. I will not stay there again.
"Concert at NIB Stadium"
9th February 2012, Mandurah, Australia
Had a great time at the Rod Stewart Concert at NIB stadium. Such a pleasure to walk around the corner to The Seasons and wake up to a great breakfast and have the car in a secure parking area. Had to wait a little while for reception when first booking in but excusable as there was a conference on!!! We had the end room and staff were a bit noisy setting up other rooms but not for long!!! Reception Staff were friendly and so were the cleaning staff!!! This was our second stay and we will come again!!!
"Would not recommend staying"
30th January 2012, Canberra
In the middle of the hotel are fake windows with skylights - did not mention at checkin. The iron in the room left stains and black gunk shot out with the steam (luckily we tested before ironing shirts). Towels or tissues were not replaced after room service. No mention of having to pay for full breakfast on website. Location is fine if you want to stay in Northbridge, however, stay in Perth city if you're there to check out the city. Over priced.

"Excellent Value"
29th January 2012, Tauranga, New Zealand
Hotel was centrally located and close to many restaurants as well as being an easy work to the city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. Internet access was appreciated. The on site restaurant was adequate for our needs.
"Good things and bad..."
27th January 2012, Hong Kong, China
Overall my stay at the hotel was ok for the following reasons:Good thingsLocation - If you need to be in Northbridge the location is great! Quiet neighbourhood and lots of restaurants along Williams Street.Decor - Lobby is quite funky and open - I like the bar/restaurant concept. Rooms - Although the decor is pretty basic (I felt like I was in a Bangkok 3-star hotel), the size of the room and bathroom are good and functional. The bed is too soft for my taste though.Rates - I got a good deal for the first 3 nights, but did not think that my extra night was worth the money.BadService - The staff was friendly enough but quite amateurish. I don't think they managed to answer any of my questions about location of restaurants, timing of bus schedules etc. to my satisfaction. Also, I was shocked that they didn't have stamps for sale (and they do not know where the closes post office is).Facilities - I was least impressed with the facilities. They did not have an adaptor for electronics/shavers. Wifi was hugely expensive - the free 15 minutes on the internet terminal was a joke. The bar was closed early. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel but definitely not for the business traveller.

"All Seasons Northbridge great value"
25th January 2012, Canberra
Great value and great location, we had 15 family members staying from the east for a family wedding and the location and value couldn't have been better. Very clean rooms and comfy beds plus walking distance to the city makes this accommodation a great choice.,
