We are used to stay on every trip we make in one of the "Etaphotels" arround, and mostly in France when we travel from Portugal towards Belgium and from Belgium to Portugal.The hotel was easy to find, friendly person on the desk, the negative points for us where, small room, old bathroom, who was not very clean when we arrived. Also the breakfast was basic. Our rate is compared to all the other "Etap Hotel" we stayed, and certainly not to compare with our last one the "Etap Hotel in Krakau".Anyhow we continue to stay overnight in the "Etap Hotel" chaine, because we like it, and it can happen that one of them is not as good as the previous one, that's why we like to write a "Review".Sincere greetings.Hans & Lucy.

This is an older Etap hotel however it is fine for what you require & the reception/breakfast area is fairly modern. The hotel is quite a way from the main area & is not in walking distance. The car park area is not secured at night like most other Etap hotels.

It was our first time in Thonon les Bains, a very nice place. The hotel vas clean och cheap. Non-smoking rooms, which not every Etap Hotel can offer.You need a car to reach the central part or the area around port/lake.We can really recommend to visit the port-area in the evening for dinner and the sunset over the lake.
