"A nice break"

A super start to a holiday with my Mum. This hotel is one of my favourites. A nice welcome by the reception staff. Great view of the ocean. The hotel now has free wifi - thank goodness at R$25 per day it was too expensive before. Staff are very helpful - especially a nice chap called Vitor.
"Strange reward system"

It is a funny hotel where you have to reward employees (tip in advance or go straight to bribery) to get what you should be already entitled to (like receiving the drink whose order you already signed).

"Birthday surprise"

Excellent attention right from arrival until departure co-ordinated by Nascimento (Check in desk). Only observation was disappointment at being unable to show apartment to family members albeit justifiable security reason understandable.
