"Bad service"

Everything was ok apart from the service. 1) the frontdesk people was not much interested to give information about the city and during the breakfast, 2) the waiters were taking off things from the buffet 30 minutes before the end,3) No internet available in the rooms (it is a 4 star hotel!!!!!!)

Stayed in Mercure hotel for 1 night. I stay regularly as it is the only accor hotels in the area and is pretty close ot my meeting locations usually.It is rated as a 4 star hotel, however to be suitable for a business hotel it is missing the following wireless in rooms, wireless only available in the lobby for 7€/2 hrs, no complimentary shaving kit or dental hygiene available. Staff spoke very poorly english which is surprising at a location as touristic as Sienna, and finally there is virtually no servicein the breakfast area in the morning, the waiting staff is nowhere to be seen.As explained earlier, this hotel is however very good for a holiday trip where time can be taken trying to explain tot he staff what an early check out is, where you can arrive late at night for an early meeting the following morning and have the luxury to have forgotten your shaving kit.Also for a A-club car holder, the staff regularly "forgets" to credit your points as they have to do it manually at the hotel on day of check out.
