Visited for a wedding. Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff did everything to help and make a stay a wonderful success. Beer is too much overpriced. Stay was excellent

Hotel is very well done. The location is great for trips out to the Ningaloo reef. Waterfront immediately in front of hotel is only ok, but it is still by far the best in Exmouth (more a statement about the gulf).Downsides: rooms should be clearer about whether they face the gulf or the harbor; beds are too soft.

Very bad check out with inexperienced staff. Check out took 10 minutes. Bad value for money. Restaurant ok. Rooms ok. Location very bad.

Stayed here for 3 days. V. good hotel, but I would'nt stay here if you are not into whale shark tours. You also need a car to get around as the hotel is a long walk from the town. The facilities that it has are very good eg. pool and gym, but is crying out for a spa facility to make the experience complete.

We spent an excellent 6 nights here in Exmouth, WA on Ningaloo Reef. We rented a car and drove to go to most of the excellent beach sites and other areas of interest. We highly recommend renting a car to get around in this area. This area is heaven for fishing, diving, snorkelling on Ningaloo Reef, and walking/hiking through the ranges and canyon. The hotel is new and provided a excellent base to get around the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is good at the hotel, but there a number places to eat in Exmouth or you can get a room at the hotel with full kitchen and prepare your own food with good grocery markets just minutes away from the hotel.This was one of our most enjoyable stays at any hotel.

As we usually stay in the south west of WA this was a new experience for us, We were extremely impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and the level of service, food presentation and quality was excellent and we could not fault the overall experience

I would highly recommend this excellent resort. Exmouth is a great location for those who love the beach, wildlife, swimming and snorkelling. There are excellent restaurants and the Ningaloo resort is the best accomodation in town. Just note you will need a car to get around.

We had a lovely time at the Novatel in Ningaloo, we were travelling with our 19 month old and arrived to our 2 bedroom apartment with cot already set up and rooms well air conditioned which was a welcome surprise from the heat. The apartment contained a well appointed kitchen, meals and lounge, with a lovely main bedroom and large bathroom. A large balcony with lounge chair and six seater setting overlooked both the beach and pool area, and made for a lovely night watching a thunderstorm in the distance. Room service was good, with a great range for kids and plenty of healthy options all round, though some items a touch expensive. The resort restaurant also included a great breakfast selection. The resort staff were friendly and helpful; and the pool area was great with both a kids wading pool and larger pool side by side. We will definitely be back

The Novotel Ningaloo Resort was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that we ordered dessert from room service one evening and never received it. When I called to inquire, I was told there was a "glitch" in the computer and the order never got to the kitchen. That was it! No offer to go ahead and bring our dessert! Other than that, it was perfect!

We had a very good 2 nights at the resort, it was very comfortable for us and a nice quiet location on the water. The ocean views were great to have an evening drink and relax before a wonderful dinner in the restarant (the food portions were excellant could not finish all). We would certainly stay there again. The only down side was the chinese restarant in the town that served rice that had gone off (this has nothing to do with the hotel though).

After camping for a week in the National Park, 2 nights at the resort were definitely called for. Everything was exceptional - couldn't fault a thing. They allowed us to check in a few hours early, which was great. The free laundry was a life saver, just had to byo your own soap. The beds felt like cloulds!!!

Lovely place to stay.Would be good when you book in to know where you are being located. We were along side the entertainment/meal area, which was often noisy. Would have preferred to be further away, and as the hotel was spacely occupied couldn't work out why we were so close to the noisy bit.

After having stayed ant the resort the same time last year , and enjoying it very much, I decided to celebrate my 50th birthday there with my partner. I was disappointed on returning this year for a few reasons. 1) The prices for the rooms have gone up considerably. 2) We had to ask on three occasions that our rooms be cleaned 3) The cleaners we less than good, leaving cleaning rags, bottles of cleaning products etc in the rooms (everytime !!) 4) The quality of foood served has dropped dramatically. Overcooked scallops, overcooked meat (especially asked for rare)....Loved the location and the rooms are very nice.....just think the attention to detail has dropped off. :-(

Everything was as good or better than we expected. There is/was potential for an accident causing bodily harm to users of the gym. It needs to be inspected to determine this. Unfortunately we cannot describe it here.

We enjoyed our stay at Exmouth, but we do not get value for money for any meal we have had at any Mercure Hotel we dine at, and I have told that to a lot of my friends. We can dine elsewhere.
