"Family holiday golf"

The apartmnts are spacious, modern and the golf course and staff there flexible and friendly. Some great prices when they have Accor sales allow a good holiday with cooking facilities and a lovely country feel close to Melbourne.View management response »

"Renovated and Gorgeous"

Lovely renovated room, only complaint was step up into bathroom had a large metal edge ,ouch !. Always stay at Creswick any opportunity we get and always is such a relaxing place to stay. Restaurant is superb and they put a beautiful buffet for Dinner & Breakfast.Beds are always comfortable and Spa bath is excellent after a long day.View management response »

Ideal location and facility for a family or group of friends wishing to share accommodation. Very helpful staff and had good knowledge of the area. Had a great weekend and looking forward to next year.

I had a few concerns such as: beautiful bedrooms each with a great sized spa but with no plugs. And to fill took up to an hour due to poor water pressure. Hot water in the villa was NOT hot.Another - service at the Reception area was poor when we arrived as far as information sharing about what was available at the hotel and in the villas.The Novotel restaurant was a disappointment - service was terrible, food was very, very slow in coming and some courses did not come with the appropriate cutlery and then when pointed out to staff there was no action taken - such as supplying the missing implement.The plates upon which the food was served were intriguing and very different but were let down both by the food itself and the prices there-of.
