"So refreshing!"

After travelling around India for 2 weeks it was so fabulous to arrive at an immaculately clean and well run hotel. This seems to be quite unusual in India where we had to tolerate very dirty conditions in most hotels we stayed in.

"Great Value for Money"

Good clean property, keeping with global standards. staff is friendly and cooperative.Great deal at the price. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good budget deal in Gurgaon.Quality of food is decent and there is a good restaurant and bar at lobby level.

"Excellent Value for money"

I found it excellent value for money and service levels were exceptionally good. All crew were friendly and courteousRooms were neatly done and I found it had all amenities to make stay comfortable and releaxing.The location of property is extremly good and not very far from main business street.I would definately recommend to my known people.

"still a warm place, great value"

This is the third time i have stayed at the Ibis Gurgaon and i must say the food quality continues to be a great part of the hotel. the intent to serve is also visible. if it has lost something it is the sleep quality as the mattresses are sagging leading to poor sleep. even the staff at the restaurant is not at the same level as it used to be perhaps because most of them are old. but they all wish to deliver and serve. still a nice place

"Ibis Hotel"

This was my first visit to India and I travelled with my brother. There was immediate entry into two clean, quiet rooms with securely sealed bottled water on arrival. Staff were very helpful- I asked for and was given other bottles free of charge for our onward journey. The nearby mall sold European food stuffs etc. A bit of haggling with a local tut-tut driver and we were at the underground to make our way into Delhi proper. I would return to this hotel with my husband if i ever go back to India.

"Very good price, high quality and service"

I stayed at this hotel during 1 week. With such a price the quality is very high :- continental brekafast with a lot of choices- restaurant is good- you can easily order a taxi- room is very cleanI will definitely go back to this hotel when back to Gurgaon.Too far away if you need to have business in Delhi due to big traffic jam. Use this hôtel only if you are doing some business in Gurgaon

"Ibis Hotel in Gurgaon a good option"

Stayed there for ten days in late April/early May when service apartment option fell through. Overall thought it was a good travel option at a lower cost then the 5-start hotels. A clean, functional room with queen bed and nice work area, though the room itself was tiny. The bath was very small but functional but the shower water pressure was GREAT. The bar was nice with reasonable prices, the restaurant was good as well (though I did have to be careful of what I ate). Overall folks were very service oriented and friendly. One front desk attendant ("Shelly") was particularly attentive and service oriented. A couple of communications snags relative to coordinating cars etc. was the only issue and those mistakes can happen anywhere. Overall, I liked it! Will likely stay there again.

Hello,Many many taxes added on the bill.If you want to book a car, the travel desk is very very expensive. My conclusion : The policy applied by this hotel can be considered as robbery. I will never recommend this hotel to somebody. Now, not very confident with ACCOR.Regards,Sebastien --

"More than satisfactory Stay"

The Best thing I like about IBIS Gurgaon was its Food. It was Delicious and Yummy. Rooms & Service were ok. Nobody accompanied us to our room to carry our luggage and we found it difficult to open the room with the keys provided to me.

"tidy and value for money"

good stay. hotel needs to look at car park policy.room service has very limited menu.i find the hotel stay overall is excellent and great value for money. rooms i would gladly recommend this hotel for all.rooms don't have great view but for business travelers it hardly matters. hotel staff is friendly and provides good service. has a compact coffeeshop and bar adequate and contemporary in style.
