I believe IBIS doesn't care about guests' opinion. Anytime. I think you do this just to tick the box. This time, in my case, I have asked for airport pickup. No vehicle was there. I have called reception. He did not respond. I kept calling. He told that Reservation team went for lunch so he kept quiet. Finally, came to hotel with a private taxi. The reason the receptionist told me was, due to some confusion they cancelled. Cannot believe. This happened 3 times. So, really do not trust your team for a basic service also.

Every thing is good. However, service during dinner time is tardy. Service during breakfast is very prompt. Breakfast has good variety.
