The photos were completely different to what the hotel really looks like. Expensive, dirty, old, cheap and employess (besides the guy in the restaurant) were pretty rude. Mercure never again.

Hotel needs renovation... From ground floor upt o the rooms... People were all very friendly, but halls are dirty, rooms are old and restaurant is not cosy (food is ok).

Very happy with our overnight stay. Family of four staying overnight. Plenty of secure underground parking. Super helpful and polite staff. Short drive to louvre for us.we didn’t eat but a breakfast was offered upon arrival. Rooms very clean and spacious. Will stay again.
