"Excellent stay"

Great and friendly stuff, nice breakfasts, the room and bathroom are both clean and fine. Also, a good location and reasonable price. Totally recommended!
"Our wonderful stay at Mercure, Tel Aviv"
11th March 2012
My husband and I were in Israel with our good friends. My husband and I have stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Tel Aviv before and were very happy there, so I recommended that we stay there with our friends. The staff is friendly and very helpful, no matter what your problem. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the sea, the Carmel market, Neve Tzedek, and many more areas. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds, which were a pleasure to sleep on. The breakfast buffet was great and had a wide selection of cooked foods, salads, grilled vegetables, cheeses and much more. We were also happy about the hotel parking. We ended up staying at the Mercure at the beginning and end of our stay in Israel and we were very happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel
"Upgraded"
18th September 2011, SydneySandra31, Sydney, Australia
As an Accor gold member I was upgraded to an executive suite for a 2 night stay. I was not impressed. The bathmat was taken and not replaced and a dirty glass was left in the room. I could not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.
"Good value for money"
2nd May 2011, Tokyo
Good value for money. Good location, easy access and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small but then again for a couple of days stay its ideal. Generally speaking hotel staff in Israel are not always friendly or helpful, but all the staff in this hotel when out of their way to answer or assist. I will definitely stay there again. Internet access very good and FREE.
"Not good enough"
30th March 2011, frioMoscow, Moscow
With less goodwill, I might have made a scandal. This hotel did one excellent thing: I arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and well ahead of the check-in time. Technically, they were not obliged to accommodate me until then, but they did find a room around 10 in the morning. It was downhill from there, however. The room was small, the selection of TV channels was poor, wi-fi Internet at times disappeared. Cleaners often forgot to leave various essential items, came late - around 2 pm, spoke little English and were followed every day by a lady who checked with guests whether their rooms had been cleaned. The minibar was empty and the safe didn't work. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and my stay included a plentiful breakfast. Even so, I might come to Tel Aviv again but I doubt I will be staying here.
"Beds are small and uncomfortable"
20th February 2011, mkhasen, New York
I booked hotel with king size bed, but they gave two small bed put together and even after that hardly make queen size. I asked to change room with king size bed, they told they will change bed. Again, they put a little bit bigger 2 beds together and still not close to king size bed. Mattress was very uncomfortable and it hurt my back. TV stations are very limited and TV set itself outdated. Towels are different color, some of them white, some of them white with stripes. They cleaned room but shower tube didn't clean. Breakfast was good. Because I saw around better hotels with same room rate I wouldn't recommend Mercure but instead to book something else.
"Okay according to price"
